Zero stars if I couldThe owner is very rude and insulting towards customers and her own staffShe said that her time was wasted by looking through our items for sale and that she's doing us a favorNever ever have I had such a horrible experience ..don't waste YOUR time going here cause she might end up telling you the same thing I would highly recommend going to scarbough OUAC or any otherNot sure how she's still in business -_-

The OWNER of this location is 100% unprofessional compared to other locations. She overs works her staff which is a whole other issue but the main issue is selling your items I must warn you to COUNT your items and know what you are selling because NOT all items are accounted for and the payout is VERY shady. She has sticky fingers and feels thats the correct way to run a business. Maybe to the ground. She is also racist as I was told I was Privileged"... still waiting on an explanation..."

Well organized store, and helpful staff. Items they take are in great condition and they won’t take anything that is outdated or subpar so you are always going to get quality when you purchase. Lots of designer or name brand clothing for great prices!

Good place to sell kids clothing and shoes.They don't accept- George from Walmart- China brand- kids size 13 +- Shoe sole rubber removedNeed to call before you sell your itemDon't expect you to get a lot from your items, but it's better than nothing.

I’ve been to this location twice. It’s ok but the reason I’d never come back is the staff. Idk if they are the owners or employees. But they don’t even greet you, when you ask a question they barely acknowledge you. I don’t need a red carpet to shop anywhere but they could be a lot more friendlier and helpful. Will not come back and don’t recommend.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! Came in and both ladies welcomed me and were beyond helpful considering they were super busy and gave me helpful tips. I'm beyond greatful. Thank you ladies for making my day.Will be coming back shortly.

This place is the most unprofessional place and they are highway robbers! They only took 28 items from me and remained to keep the remainder of my things and told me they donated it even though that wasn’t what was agreed upon! Pretending like they were searching for our items when they knew damn well that they weren’t returning them! I would never recommend this location, very unethical practice! And the staff is so unprofessional… they basically steal your items and sell them in your store.

Great place to buy gently used children's clothing and toys at a great price. Everyone is helpful and friendly and there is so much to hunt through.
