I am schoked there dirt unprofessional manager from legal assistance. They advandages my sign, but its wrong should not sign. I told desk I need to ASL interpreter. We do not want misunderstands. I met young girl very nice she type her computer what they said they only child support and divorsed" But desk did not explain about divorse. I ask receptionist " Please return my form what I signature" not relatet divorse. I m llook for lawsuit against two city group different police

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. If you're not able to come in person, leave a voicemail they will return your call as soon as possible.For first time comers:Off street parking available, or park in a nearby garage.You need to pass through security - and those guards are VERY friendly!LAC is located on the fifth floor. Check in and wait until called. I recommend bringing a book, homework, music or doing your paperwork until called as you can be called sooner.If you have paperwork to fill out, make copies (free copies at library available otherwise you will be charged for copies) and have questions about it, bring it with you. I recommend completing all the paperwork and turn in to the second floor clerk office.If you're low income, you can apply for a fee waiver (don't need to pay). Ask all your questions @LAC!

Hit or miss. Definitely a hassle. They say they received everything and sent something, then you call the place they sent too and they said they didn't receive anything. Months long process that should take 2 weeks max.

They just gave me number to talk to a lawyer for 25-30 mins don't waste your time to go down there, they can't give any legal advice or assistance in matters of landlord tenant for mobile homes. Others maybe but not that.

The wait was long, but the people were incredibly helpful and nice. Please be patient.

Somewhat knowledgeable staff, you hey have to remember that they are not lawyers and if you are thinking about saying that's what they told me at the legal assistance center" in the courtroom be prepared for the judge to tell you they are not lawyers. Besides having to understand legalities on your own the lac does give pretty good advice."

i was unsure of the process for my case and they were most helpful in explaining everything and making sure i had the right paperwork. this is a great resource for those that dont know the process they need to follow.

Sometimes the help I have found here is absolutely amazing. I've walked away feeling like the wait (2.5 hours once) was all well worth it.On other occasions, I've thought my efforts were completely wasted, the staff could care less, and it showed.No matter however frustrated you may be in your situation, don't let loose here. The inconsistent help will be nonexistent; trust me.
