They messed up our order but accommodated due to their mistakes. Nice staff and yummy good. I always get egg white and avocado in a bagel. I wish they would bring back the chocolate chips bagels. They were the best part of my day ...If they mess up your order you get to pick one free treat. My kids enjoy their cookies. I love the breakfast.

Wow, supergiant service. I placed my order and received my salad the moment I found a table. The salad was very delicious and the baguette still warm and this at noon time. The staff was very friendly. Had to ask for a mug for my coffee but that was all that I could point out. The store decor is very pleasing, the restaurant clean incl washrooms. It is a bit hidden from the main parking area and the sign relatively small.

I ordered 2 meals for pickup at this location. The food was prepared quickly and was fresh to order. The customer service excellent as the lady behind the counter was very friendly, making sure to point out where the pickup spot was. I just want to personally PRAISE the Panera Mac and cheese recipe by the way! So amazing and I can not wait to come back. I look forward to coming back and trying more things! Definitely recommend this spot, and this location in particular! Only thing I would say is that they need Uber Eats or Skip The Dishes!

I'm not sure if this was an isolated occurrence or common thing. The day I went in to order a Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt, this is what I was left with - a horrendous excuse for a sandwich. I had 2 pieces of chicken at most, oddly oriented, and constructed.Did I mention there was supposed to be avocado on this? I see some semblance of green so perhaps that's where the attempt of putting avocado on it was.I'd honestly give this a 1 star, but the flavour was actually decent. I can only imagine how good it would have tasted if it was a legitimate sandwich.

They do not care about customer service at all. When we entered 2 staff members were talking to each other with their back to the frontline. We waited few minutes then we asked if we can get help. The girl looked a little annoyed and took our order. Coffee was cold and service was bad. No wonder why this location is not busy as customers are not happy going there. It is sad to see such a business is going down because of the service quality they have. Management should act fast before it is too late.

Great place to go with the whole family. No big surprise but the kids love the Mac and Cheese. Had a soup in a bread bowl and it was fantastic.The lemonade options are great though not surprisingly about as healthy as the fountain drinks.Honestly, the whole experience was pretty fantastic and the staff was helpful in suggesting preferences rather than a lot of places where, if you're stuck between two options they'll just shrug.

I ordered 2 dozen sliced bagels three days in advance of my party. When I came to pick them up, the store had no record of my order. Luckily they had bagels available, but they were unwilling to compensate me in any way for the fact that they lost my order. I told the manager that I would be posting this review online and she said but we have bagels to sell you!" That is obviously not the point: their customer service needs an overhaul and it is a waste of time to order from them in advance. Conclusion: the bagels are decent and deserve 4 stars but the customer service is abysmal and deserves 1 star."
