Fitness Depot

I recently purchased a Precor treadmill from Fitness Depot. First, the customer service in store was fantastic, they talked us through different models and were very knowledgeable on the different treadmills on offer. We paid for delivery with installation, and that was also amazing! The delivery was on time, the two guys installing were fast and efficient and they made sure the treadmill was set up exactly where we wanted it, was working and the belt was tight, and showed some basic features. I would 100% recommend purchasing from Fitness Depot and wouldn't hesitate in the future.

Great range of fitness equipment and backyard furniture. Steve was very helpful and a welcome sight to see post-Covid from the Kanata location that amalgamated with the Industrial location.

We came here on Saturday and staff weren't helpful and the place is just DIRTY!When we return on Monday because they have the best deal for floor mates one of the gentlemen were actually the only one who was helpful, sorry I forgot his name. That's the reason why I gave 4 stars.

Graham was very knowledgeable and was always available to answer our questions. Customer service was great and will definitely be returning.

I went there today to buy dumbbells for my gym. The service left something to be desired, in way of condescending and uninterested attitude, but luckily for me I knew exactly what I was looking for, so I was in and out pretty fast.There is a vast selection of equipment in the store - they certainly earn the name depot". The downside is that it doesn't seem particularly well organized or in any particular order so it can be hard to find things in the store. Having said that

Awesome store, super friendly and knowledgeable staff that will help you find whatever you are looking for. Way better than shopping online for fitness equipment in my opinion as you need to see and feel what the equipment is like in person, plus getting questions answered on the spot is key.

I checked out Fitness Depot for the first time and was really blown away by all the different fitness gear they've got. Their prices aren't too bad, and the staff really know their stuff. They can help you find exactly what you need.

My wife purchased a treadmill from this company. Although the treadmill itself is great the delivery/installation was a bit of a nightmare. After 5(?!) times of having the delivery be rescheduled, we finally had them show up. It should be noted we took time off work to accommodate these failed delivery appointments. Installation went smooth enough, but they left all the packaging behind. The plastic strapping was just tossed at the end of the driveway.

So we had a great experience at Fitness Depot. We went in knowing what we wanted to purchase and Chris Smith was great and helpful. We now have our equipment at home. I want to say thank you to Chris and his partner that delivered our new equipment. The city Plow had plowed huge ice boulders into our driveway and as my partner was trying to break it with an ice pick when Chris and his partner arrived with the delivery. They commented she would be at it all day. After the delivery my partner went outside to continue breaking the boulders and Chris and his partner had broken it all up for her. Many many thanks guys. After a pretty poor experience with a Peloton Tread, we bought a new treadmill from Fitness Depot. Paul took his time walking me through all the options and we’re really happy with the new product. The review is mostly to highlight the excellent job that Brad and Shawn did with the delivery and setup. The previous movers damaged both the walls and hardwood but Brad and Shawn moved a very awkward treadmill that was twice the weight into the basement with absolute skill and precision. Great product and even better service. Don’t try to move these things yourself!
