Kevin did very thorough inspection. Seller didn’t disclose the fire happened in 1996, but Kevin noticed all wood structure are painted in white at attic. Kevin brought it up which he suspects the house had fire before. Seller admitted. We appreciated his thorough work! We will definitely work with him again.
