Yan Yan Can!We ordered take out this past Sunday and everything was delicious! The lemon chicken dish was incredible. We are still snacking on leftovers as the portions are huge. Highly recommended!

06May2023. We haven’t been to Yan Yan’s for awhile. I think there are new owner’s? The gentleman how took the order was very nice. When I arrived to pickup order the two people working at the front were very nice and the gal working was her first day. The food was exceptionally good and the flavour was outstanding. The portions were large and we had lots of leftovers which we really like. We will definitely go back again.

I’d like to start off by saying that I feel like this is an anomaly. I’ve gotten food before and it has been pretty good! But for some reason today, the spring rolls filling tasted off, to the point where I couldn’t eat them even with sauce. The fried rice and chicken balls weren’t burnt, but tasted charred, edible but not enjoyable. The mixed vegetables as always were amazing though. Like I said I’m hoping this is just a one off and it will be good next time, but pretty disappointed with it today.

Yan Yan is our favourite Chinese food in Crestview. My favourite dish is the sesame chicken, and what's great is that the pieces of chicken are large and plentiful. The taste is delicious and the ingredients are always fresh. The delivery is very fast and the prices are reasonable.

90 minutes for delivery was a little long. My fried rice was mixed with white rice so wasn’t as flavourful as it would have been if it wasn’t mixed. The chicken balls were hot and crisp and tasty but just a little too big for my liking. They could use more sauce on the side than was provided since they are so large.Delivery guy was nice and food arrived hot.

The delivery woman is friendly and cheerful. The food portions leave nothing to complain about, we always have leftovers LOL. The lemon chicken ( my fav) is always perfectly cooked, and lots of it. we're trying to slowly try everything on the menu, but I haven't had anything bad yet. Great place to get .

The spring rolls were sour so sour they had intense odour , the dishes lacked flavour ( almond chicken , curry chicken ) chicken tasted boiled. The chicken balls were good and crispy , I hope this is a anomaly and someone reaches out.

We ordered last night, but this was not the Yan Yan food we were used to...We ordered our normal choices, but were astonished how terrible it tasted. Our order of Deluxe Chop Suey was covered in coarse black spots (pepper?), yet it has never had this before. The mixed vegetables were tasteless ( the sauce was thin and without any spice) and the rice was overcooked paste. At least the lemon chicken was still good. This is the only reason I give it two stars. Next time we will head down the road to their competition... it was that bad!I do want to clarify that I have been a customer for as long as it has been open and before that the Ho Inn which was its predecessor. I know their food, and have seen the chsnges when ownership changed... but it was always good to great. But last night's fare was so disappointing that I will not give them another chance to disappoint me.
