Gus's Pet Resort

We left our dog at Gus's for 13 nights while we went away. It was her first stay there and her last. Even though they provided a safe environment, as well as email updates as to how she was doing, I was completely disgusted by the state of her when we picked her up. We immediately had to bath her when we got home because she smelled so bad and I was sickened by the amount of dried feces that came off of her you know what". Obviously she was nervous which probably gave her the runs

I took my 4 month old puppy to Gus’s first time the two of us have been apart since she was 8 weeks old. The staff was really friendly and sent me pictures and videos of her playing to put my mind at ease highly recommend Gus’s to anyone that is looking for a great puppy daycare

Our little Dude loves Gus’s. He started with puppy preschool which was a very effective training program. He is a very well mannered dog, loved by many. I am sure his time at Gus’s has a lot to do with it. He sometimes goes to daycare and even had a one night stay once. All went great. I can see how much the lovely staff loves and cares about him. He just runs in and can’t wait to be let inside. He also had many grooming sessions here and he loves the groomers. I also like that Gus’s doesn’t encourage haircut styles that can be very harmful for double coated and long haired Pomeranian breed. They always say how important it is for them to have their hair all seasons for heat regulation. I applaud them for looking out for the wellbeing of dogs and educating new owners. So thankful for Gus’s!!! Their extended hours allowed me to still work full time and have my two dogs entertained all day. The staff is wonderful and have always been so helpful. I’ve been to another other kennel where my dog had been bit…once they caught an eye infection. It made me question how much they were paying attention. I haven’t had any issues here. Would 100% recommend!

My dog has spent 2 days at daycare here now! He LOVES it. He comes home so happy and also tired from all of the playing. The staff have been amazing and I adore the end of day updates they give me on who Bo has played with and his favourite activities. We will be back :)

This grooming has improved his mannerism and wanting to be close to anyone...his movements and appearance....I can not thank you enough for grooming him as most places wouldn't take a pup with more then a level 3 heart murmur...I know he can handle it but the person has to have the right effect on him as well..he came back home a new dog and his quality of life has increased...it's amazing....I do plan to have all my dogs go through Gus's Grooming, as I have never been treated like a person but like their paycheck...times are tough and I don't blame them but that is how accident happen..thank you and see you again

My dog absolutely loves coming to Gus's. I love hearing about how the day was and what fun activities they got up to. The 5 star rating is mostly from my dog being excited to get there and not wanting to leave. Thanks Gus's, love Herschel!
