Avoid this place. It's never open after the two attempts we tried. Even the employee didn't know when they would open.

The toy from this store is my favorite, the quality is super. My panda has gone through a lot these couple of years, and travel and daily sleep, after washing it looks like new. Also took a phone holder for the car, and other little things

Honest review: be extremely wary of shopping here. I went to buy a water bottle today and it was marked as $9.99 when I went to pay it was $16 with tax. When I told the employee that it was supposed to be $9.99 they told me it was marked wrong and that there’s nothing they can do. I asked for a refund given that I wasn’t willing to pay that much and they denied me a refund.After standing my ground and demanding a refund, they finally relented as I refused to leave without it. Both the employee and the owner/manager repeatedly told me that they often don’t change the price tags so to just deal with it. I was absolutely appalled as law states that you have to honour the ticket price even if it doesn’t ring up as so.Seeing other reviews saying that same thing is very alarming and I am beginning to think they do this intentionally to trap customers. This store and it’s management needs to be reported - complete scam and deception.

Walked into this store this afternoon at Rideau Centre and see what are available. The aisles are very narrow and just fit one person. I was walking through an aisle to browse the items on the shelf, the store clerk just walked towards me instead of taking next aisle which nobody is there. I had to walk backward to give way. It happened twice. I just walked out of the store.

OMG IF YOU ARE A SANRIO FANNN RUN HERE!!! Their collab with Sanrio is so so cute! I recommend the blind boxes as well as the We Bare Bare series!! Cute products and affordable!!!

Gotta check it store located in various malls and cities has a variety items fr stuffed toys, cell phone cases, snacks, personal hygiene items, USB cords, charger, drinks has items you don't see in other stores in the mall list goes on

My kid just got a charger and the tag said $7 but was charged $19 and they did not give a receipt, when he realised it was $19 and went to return it 5 min after buying it, they did not want to take it. They said to return it has to be defective. Robbers, unbelievable these people just took advantage of a teen.

I really liked this place but for the past 8 months or so it’s been constantly shut. I’ve been countless times and no matter the time or day it’s always closed.
