MedPro Respiratory Care

I had a great experience with MedPro. During my one month trial period, they kept in regular contact, answering any and all questions and concerns regarding the CPAP machine and making adjustments to equipment settings as needed. At the end of the trial, they recommended the machine that was right for me, making me aware of all options without trying to upsell me. Would definitely recommend these guys!

Have been using the CPap since Nov 10 th - trail for 6 weeks then purchased the machine Dec 29th. Sean and Grace were delightful to work with- Sean emailed me several times regarding how I was doing and when I mentioned I wasn’t sure of my mask fits he invited us back to try a few more. They have a warm and welcoming office.

I would like to say that, I was very impressed with Sean and company at med pro , they where very quick to address my needs for a new machine , and calling me to follow up in the same day.. I am sleeping like a baby now and feel great ... thank you to everyone at med pro Kelowna .

Doug Wark is a fantastic respiratory therapist. No word of a lie, starting CPAP has changed my life and the way I sleep for good. His service is top notch! I will be referring all my friends and family that could benefit from CPAP to Doug at MedPro Respiratory Care in Kelowna.

I was in Kelowna for a symposium and when I got to my hotel and plugged in my CPAP, I realized that the power adapter had stopped working. I was in a bad spot, because I absolutely NEED my machine to sleep and my other machine was an 8 hour drive away!I called MedPro 15 minutes before they were going to close and managed to connect with Grace. She said that she wasn't sure if she had the right adapter, but she would wait for me and see if we could come up with a solution. True to her word, she waited until I got there (after closing time) and we found an adapter that would solve my problem. It was a used one from a bunch of demo units and I would have happily paid for it, but she said that they couldn't sell it to me but she would happily loan it to me for my stay.Customer service like this is hard to find these days and I appreciated it VERY much. Grace, you're a rockstar!! Thank you for bailing me out!!If you live in the Okanagan Valley, MedPro is the place you want to go to get your CPAP equipment!!

I live in Ontario and am visiting in Kelowna.I travelled with a Respironics Simply Go machine and several attachments.The most important attachment to me is the charging dock.On Sat.Dec,28/19 the charging dock quit working.I called MedPro and got their answering service.In no time at all I had a call from Edward Ferstel.He offered to bring a connector to my Son’s home and he also checked the charging dock and managed to get it working.Then he realized that I am not with MedPro in Ontario but he was kind enough to waiver the home visit charge.I cannot compliment this kind and gracious young man enough and the Company for such a fine employee.Thank you Edward.Warmly,Nancy Ansley

While I never recommend respiratory distress, if help is needed I strongly recommend coming here. Sean and Grace are an amazing team, and made a harrowing experience for my family much better than it would have been without them. If you want professionalism and consideration with CPAP you want to come to them.

Doug was so helpful right from the beginning! Made the experience very easy! Also Grace the receptionist was so friendly willing to help too.i would recommend this place to everyone! Awesome staff !
