I’m giving this location one star because the pickup service is terrible. Every time I order food in advance for pickup, they only start preparing it when I arrive. Defeats the point of ordering in advance and makes you waste an extra 20 minutes while they cater to every skip the dishes driver that comes in after you. Very poor service. This is the 3rd time this has happened at this location.

I had the most polite staff who helped me with my order. Raveshaw I believe was on his name tag. With that attitude Raveshaw you will be going places, thank you so much for being kind it did make a difference! ... The food was delicious too, the breast was not dry and wedges were amazing .

I get the big Mary Monday almost every week from the Kingston and whites rd location, always get two big meaty pieces of chicken and when ordering extra pickles I recieve pickles on top and bottom. Today we ordered 3 from this location, all sandwiches had one flattened piece of chicken which were not juicy, too much batter and over crispy.. also no pickles on bottom. Probably won’t return to this location edit- added picture of usual sandwich from other location

Utterly disappointed with the customer service aspect of this restaurant. Food, yeah great and hot.I had to yet at the employee named rave telling him to stop treating the kitchen people poorly. The guy spent more time being mean to the kitchen staff than getting my bag and drink ready. I was the only customer in the store and I’m Very disappointed. I’m a frequent customer too. I will never buy again if he is there, I will walk out and come back another day. I shouldn’t have to yell at a cashier for them to understand you can’t talk to your coworkers poorly, ESPECIALLY in front of a customer. I left the store in absolute shock.

Best Mary Browns i’ve been to yet. The food was perfect and came quickly. Rave was an excellent cashier, and did a great job handling a very busy store. Will definitely come back for more.

When I went there to pick up an order for my elderly mother she received her chicken... but she was upset that they gave her half the order.. again.. no chicken twists. She was charged for a meal she didn't receive. This is the second time this happened to her from the same location.. she's an old lady that doesn't do strike 3, so she will no longer be going here.. why pay for something you're not getting in this inflation economy... cook running around staff not checking orders this is simple work ethics that staff would avoid to do especially on company cameras...when it doesn't happen especially in a new location it can only hurt the trust of the customer, and that affects the buisness.

I had a great time.This is my absolute favorite restaurant in ajax.The food is always delicious and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Staff are also great and always efficient. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in ajax.

I would like to say I love Big Mary . But yesterday my husband picked up 3 of them. I honestly think whom ever cooked them up they must have cooked them up before my husband arrived . My point is They must have put the chicken back in for a minute or two . The chicken was not fresh . I couldn`t bite It was hard I gave it to my dog. I will get my next Big Mary in scarborough my usual place . Eglinton & Brimley Ave . You may have to wait 20 minutes or so , but at least you know its fresh . Good day

They serve very fresh scrumptious food….also the staff is friendly and helpful…..fried chicken, big mary and taters poutine are to die for at mary brown is.....i have recently tried chicken twist and its totally amazing too.Also this location is halal so this place is going to be my top favourite spot

The lady at the counter was amazing. Very kind hearted and let us in a bit late! Food is always really good in Mary Brown and to top it off its Halal!
