I used to go quite often to this location but I haven’t visited for a while up until tonight I went through drive through and once I got home and started to eat my teen burger I just barley avoided biting into what I can only describe as a string of plastic that looks like a curly hair. This location has gone down hill since last year.

Honestly the worst A&W i have been to with very rude servers. We asked if the chicken was breaded to know if it was gluten free and they laughed at us like we were stupid and said it was normal chicken. It was in-fact breaded and no gluten free. So to the manager please inform your staff as to what gluten free is. It truly isnt that hard to understand. Also please teach them kindness. They had on the receipt as well two sauces so we know they acknowledge it but we did not get it in out bag. Please have someone double checking your to go orders as its clearly needed for this location.

Breakfast was great. Sausage was great seemed like Johnsonville very flavorful. Applewood smoked bacon great. Eggs perfect over easy. Toast was lovely crispy outside thick and soft on the inside. Tea was awesome. Great taste no bitterness. It was just perfect. The air conditioning was freezing it be great if it was hot outside. Too bad they never had peanut butter.Staff seemed professional and friendly.

Poor service at drive thru, gentleman barely spoke. Precariously balanced my bags atop one another in high winds almost dropping oneWhen I got home the whole wheat toast was as you see. I understand mix-ups especially if busy but a customer shouldn't be given burnt foodAttempted to call the site to speak to a manager but nobody would answer the phone

Very dirty. There was dirt on the floor where someone tried to sweep. The server seemed like he wanted another job. He just stood behind the counter and didnt even greet us as we stood in front of him.Our meal was brought to us by a different polite server.

Always goes out of their way for customers. Even though they're super busy, the woman on cash just came and opened the door for a guy with a bunch of coffees. Super polite. My favorite tea and breakfast sandwhich. Well, all the food is amazing. And would you look at that... A toasty bun!

Great place, reasonably priced and very clean. Outside pool and common room included with smaller bedroom. If you have a group this is a great option. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. There is also a continental breakfast in the morning.

I ordered two teen Burger meals they told me my total 20 some dollars but when I got to the window they'd only gave me one meal and charge me for one but I had to ask for my second meal
