I see Dr Meena and she is a great Dr. very professional, listens and she cares. I see a lot of bad reviews about the staff, I never had a big issue, there is one specific receptionist that seems to be the most knowledgeable and can be serious but I think is because she's always so busy and doing many things at the same time, she is not the most friendly person but she always helped me efficiently.

I followed my Doctor from her previous Milton clinic to the the Milton Health Centre because she's fantastic. Never had an issue with the staff - they are all lovely.

Have always had a very good experience with my family doctor here, as well as the front office staff. They're extremely busy, but efficient and pleasant enough to deal with. Not a big fan of the location in a pharmacy -- the reception room is always crowded -- but that's what happens when you combine a walk-in clinic with a regular one. Fortunately, I rarely have to wait long when I have an appointment.

Both my husband and I are patients of Dr. Mike -- whom we love. He is very knowledgeable and will spend the time with you to explore your issue and explain the treatment. Yes, it can be a busy office but it is worth the wait.

A rather dirty clinic for Canadian standards. Dr Latif is the owner and does not understand aesthetics and cleanliness. Torn signs, with tape holding things together. Dirty tiles, tape and poster everywhere. Chairs are dirty. Patients are dirty, sandals, no socks, Dr. Latif reputation is low standards of cleanliness. The dirtiest most poorly designed medical clinic around. Are we in Canada???

I’m not sure why they keep that Filipino receptionist around. Her name is Anne or something. She’s miserable 247, gives people hard time, no empathy what so ever. I have been coming there 7 years and she always gives me hard time. There are some fine people out there that would be happy to do her job, no need for a person like that, she needs to work from home. Definitely replace her.

5 stars for Dr Mike, I will never give him up as a family doctor for as long as I can manage… just an absolute gem who knows his stuff. I saw Dr Meena as a walk in patient and also had a good experience with her too. I’ve always had good interactions with the front desk staff. Some are nicer than others but and they can be a bit blunt but they’re obviously busy and do their best. The location in the pharmacy is not super ideal like others have mentioned and there is very limited seating. Others are correct in that even if you have an appointment, you’re still going to be waiting for up to an hour or so after your scheduled time. I try to give Dr Mike grace with this though as when I’m in his office, he takes the time to speak with me and give me proper care without feeling rushed, so I know delays could be the result of just a good, caring doctor! I’d love to see this clinic relocate to their own building, I think the staff would probably be happier too. But overall, I’m glad I found Dr Mike and his team when I did.

Dr Bickram was our family doctor (mainly for my husband) for 10 years. He is empathic and he takes his time with patients. I had to accompany my husband for all his doctors visits in the last couple of years and he could not have received better care. Thank you for your dedication, Dr Bickram.

Easy check-in with the automated system. Pleasant staff. Dr Badawi is an excellent physician who makes time for me and ensures my well-being.

I don’t get the negative reviews as she is one of the best.The only reason I am taking off three star is the wait time even if we are there with appointmentToday I called the receptionist and told her maybe I’ll be late just maybe and she told me if you’re more than 5 mins late than there’s a problem anyways I had appointment at 2:35 and I reached there 2:37Before even I was there she mentioned a note that I am lateIt was my physical test and I waited till 4 half naked in room just to wait for physicalMy husband came in and talked to the receptionist about it so he was told that I came in few minutes ago OMGWhen the doctor came in I told her I am waiting since a long time and she told me that there was a note of late WOWJust because I called the receptionist mentioned I am latePathetic receptionistThey should keep a receptionist who can work properly
