Absolutely horrendous and unprofessional lawyer. Mark Griffin milks his clients for every last dollar and drags the transaction out for months longer than it has to be.The worst part is, he turns around and has the audacity to lie to his clients about why the deal hasn’t closed and paints other lawyers, real estate firms and financial institutions in an awful light.I would highly advise any real estate investors to avoid this firm at all costs and only use them if you’re doing a very simple small transaction that any law firm would be capable of doing.Unprofessional, non-responsive to other law professionals, delegates lawyer responsibilities to assistants and secretaries and just has no consideration for everyone else’s time or reputation.If you’re looking for a lawyer in Grand Falls-Windsor, I would highly suggest Ben Blackmore. I will not enter into any purchase agreements if the selling party is using Mark Griffin as their lawyer and I will make it a condition of the sale that they seek other representation.

They like to draw things out to make more money, they don't care about people. They don't care to return your call, they make excuses not to talk to you, they don't tell you exactly what needs to be done step by step to complete a deal, will only divulge a small amount of info at a time of what you need to do so you have to keep phoning back and then they tell only one more thing, this way they can charge you every single time you call back, very uncaring and highly unprofessional attitude! I hope you choose to avoid this team at all costs!
