They are amazing. My poor senior kitty had major dental issues which was leaving her in a lot of pain, They did the look over and got me in the follow week. Now she is relaxing more and taken it easy.Thanks so much for making pussems feel better

This is a place where they truly care for pets. My dog Zoe was spayed. Entire process was so smooth and the doctors there are just great who will ensure that pet doesn't go through hardship. Thank you for all the help

The spay service was excellent from the booking to surgery. The staff were knowledgeable and explained post op instructions. Appreciate the follow up call to check on Sweetpea. This is her favorite pose! She is resting comfortably.

I moved to Dartmouth a year ago from Thunder Bay, ON. There, thanks to Covid, no vet was taking new clients.Here, an internet search lead me to the SPCA, with which I was familiar in general. My cat, Bella, needed serious attention to her teeth. The vet and staff at the SPCA were extremely professional, considerate and accommodating. They extracted 21 of her teeth last week. I was a nervous wreck! Their indulgence and attention gave me solace. Their following Bella's progress post-surgery was simply AMAZING.Today, after a post-op check-up, we left with antibiotics to make assurance double sure. My baby girl is well on her way to full recovery! Each and every time we are at the SPCA, it feels as if we're their ONLY clients.Bella is ALL I have. She is my world. Thank you, SPCA, for the wonderful work you do!

I absolutely love this vet!, the staff/ veterinarian’s are so kind and helpful! They’ll care for you’re beloved fur babies like their own❤️I 100% recommend this vet clinic due to how well they take care of my 14 year old rag doll boo!

i loved the vet Dr.Akerly but found it hard to contact them.. i had appointments for my dog every 3 months and almost all of them got cancelled on day of and rebooked.. was great staff but when my dog got really sick i could t get her in and the receptionist Rosie had no empathy at all and not helpful, i had to go to another vet just to get her seen within 2 days..Very disappointment, but grateful i have found a new vet with great staff

My cat is feeling much better, and they worked with me to help pay off the expenses. Amazing service
