Had an appointment March 7th at 9:40 Dr. West didn’t get in the office till 10:40 and I didn’t see him until 11:30. Now two weeks later I have another follow up appointment for 10:00 and it is now 11:00 and he’s still not in office. Why do they make appointments this early when the Doctor doesn’t show up for over an hour after they schedule appointments them for.

A terrible experience reaching this physician for renewal of anti-seizure prescriptions. Does not respond for days if at all even when a pharmacy sends multiple requests.

Amazing doctor!!! Dr.West listens, cares and goes over and above to help his patients! He is a God send angel, so grateful to have him as my doctor, as well as the wonderful care he provides for my elderly parents and my son!
