Michael at Atlas Pest Control is my go to when I need to control the pest! I have had to deal with an attic full of baby rats and mama raccoon using our ceiling as their home with her babies to spiders and bed bug issues. He’s been able to find a solution in a timely manner and send over his crew. I would highly recommend them! They are honest and get the job done.

We live in Port Moody. In an older townhouse complex surrounded by new construction and tree-lined streets, we have been suffering from on-going rodent issues in our neighborhood. Christion, from the Port Coquitlam office, has been working with us to control the problem. He's done a fantastic job in listening to our concerns and working within the confines of the strata contract and provincial/federal rodenticide regulations to deal with the problem. It's a work in progress but I'm confident Christion is trying his hardest to eliminate the pests.

Recently had Atlas booked to come and seal up mice entry points to our condo unit. Atlas was responsive and easy to book; the technician, Cole B. was super helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable, answering all my questions as he worked. He was thorough, spotting potential entry points that I didn't notice. Would 100% recommend.

The Atlas team were so prompt! Alex, who was assigned my unit was helpful, friendly and courteous. He was on time, and did a thorough check up of the area infested and placed the traps and stations. One of them darn rats is already caught! He also helped with a temporary fix for the exposed areas and is going to help me get an inspection from Atlas done to fix the exposed holes more permanently . Thank you Alex!

The receptionist (the lady who usually answers the phone) was not professional to begin with, but I saw some good reviews so I gave it a try. I waited 3 weeks for the initial visit for a quote. The technician was nice and knows what he is doing but the lady who answers the phone is not listening and not helpful at all. Initially I tried to provide more information to her when making the quote appointment she was not listening. Which I had a sense already and realized NONE of my information provided to her was passed onto the technician.After the quote appointment, I then called to follow up after 3 business days, she was rude and making things difficult. Too bad that she literally pushes my business away. After talking to her, I decided to move on to another company which provides the same service simply because of her!I even told her that and she basically did not care. She even tried hard to argue with me and proof how right she is.It is a very disappointing customer service reeived from her. She just does not want to do anything.I called the other company immediately after talking to her without even receiving their quote! It is a waste of my time , as well it is a very bad experience !The way she handles customers and her work enthusiasm is pushing customers away and even wasting the resources of the company and the time of other professional staffs.

Jason Webb came by our home and did a thorough inspection. He explained how to prevent pests and advised us of things we can do to help eliminate our problem. Very knowledgeable, very thorough, and a pleasure to work with - would definitely recommend Jason!

Alex and Tyson were on time, friendly and had great communication skills - something not common anymore.We shall always use them and recommend 100%
