It is my and my husband's first time painting and Brian was accommodating. We had lots of questions and felt overwhelmed. He doesn't know how to start and what colour/ what type of product we should choose. Brian explained very well and recommended a few products, and did the colour matching with the colour we have at the current condo.Brian is very knowledgeable and passionate about the paint, making us feel confident we can do it.Thank you again, BrianWith BCAA 25% discount price is reasonable with the best product line.When I came across other employees, they were very professional and kind and helped me carry paint into my car.I recommend this store to anyone who needs to buy paint.

Visited a ton of Cloverdale Paint Branches, but the Richmond location, is my favourite. The team at branch 18, are always ready to help me find the paint and sundries suitable for my needs. Their Saturday CSR, Fawad knows a lot about the products and services Cloverdale Paint offers.

I had a great experience with the staff when I first visited there. But today, whoever that was helping me over the phone was ridiculously rude, and I felt insulted. The guy’s tone and verbal behaviour was very annoyed sarcastic and ignorant. I called right at 8:30 so whoever picked up the phone, never do that to anyone else. I am not a painter so I might not understand clearly right away, that’s why customers need assistant with the staff. If you think you can be so ignorant just because I don’t understand, you are not fit for this job. My great experience at Cloverdale has been ruined entiry due to this guy. And my day was not the greatest start.

The gentlemen who were working at the Richmond location were extremely helpful and friendly. After multiple failed attempts at color matching at other stores, they banged out a perfect match for me. Price was on point. I would absolutely recommend them and will be going back when we paint the rest of the house.

We’re in the middle of painting our entire apartment and we have little/no experience painting. We’ve had to make a few trips to this location and the staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable every time! They make the painting experience more approachable. This is definitely our go-to paint store now!
