Got some engraved items for xmas gifts using my Island Daily Deals voucher. They turned out great and the lady at the counter put the glasswear in the little inflated bags that their cartridges come in which I thought was genius. 0 chance of breakage. Thanks again!

Amazing shop! Locally owned, and SO CHEAP to refill my ink cartridges.... we wont be going anywhere else for this service. Very personable staff and it was done within 30 min from the moment I arrived. Thank you! Great service, wonderful shop!

Went in to their Woodgrove location and had a refill done for HP Office Jet 4650. Cartridges had ink splattered on them. Install them and printer didn't print properly. Returned them they suggested it was my fault for not printing a test page. Perhaps they were right. Anyway, they cleaned the cartridges and gave them back to me, they still don't work properly so I tried cleaning the heads of the printer as best I could and managed to get the black one working properly. The jury is still out on the coloured cartridge.Can't say I was happy with the counter service. I don't appreciate being ignored while both the owner and/or the minion fiddles with his/her cell phone.

The owner is amazing. There was an issue with an update to my printer that caused the new cartridges to fail. He offered to stop by the house on his way home and brought extras. He followed up the next day with some other units that worked perfect.Always surprising to see this level of customer care.Thanks again!

My accounting office has used toner supplies from Island Ink Jet for several years and have always been impressed by the quality, service, and price.

I have refill 2 tri-colour carthridges on HP Envy, which have no problem.But the Brother Ink Jet B/W carthridge gave so much problems, papers jamming and with helped from friend still cannot solved it. I returned it and the owner said he will come to my house, helped me out and brought along another new carthridge, Sure it was faulty and replaced a new one, I was so satisfied with his service.
