Allison was the bomb!! In the short time that I was in the wait line she served 3 to the other employees 1!! Efficient courteous and very knowledgeable!! This girl needs a raise! I've bought more cell phones and cell phone plans for my family and I, that I could possibly count, at way too many outlets, since the damn things were invented. At age 64, with a business and two daughters, that's a lot of phones and plans through the years, and I have to say that dealing with the Wireless Etc. kiosk at the Kingston Costco has been the most pleasant experience of all those many years. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and personable, sharing good tech info with you, rather than trying to impress you with how much tech they know. Pricing and plans excellent, and was provided with money-saving guidance on the best Bell plan. Shopping while waiting your turn is very convenient. Good follow-up service and support. Dropped in last week with what I thought was a cracked screen. Within a few minutes the staff helped me fill out a claim form for the replacement screen protector (not the screen). Already received in the mail and going back in for the offered assistance in applying it to the phone. Would highly recommend Wireless Etc. in Costco. Thanks guys. Cheers.
