MacPherson Rentals/Bobcat Of Whitehorse

I bought a Bobcat Ct1021 tractor from McPherson Rental/Bobcat of Whitehorse this winter. It had some issues that required it to be returned to the shop for about 2 weeks.Micah (sales manager)made arrangements for me to use a bobcat skidsteer at no cost and delivered it to Tagish and picked up my tractor, at no cost to me. After repairs were done thy delivered the tractor back to Tagish and picked up the skidsteer, also at no cost.Frank ( Service Manager) kept me apprised of the repairs and troubleshooting process on a regular basis and kept me updated.Rommel (delivery driver) was courteous and efficient.All in all I am very happy with the sales and service I got from the crew at McPherson/Bobcat of Whitehorse and definitely would do business with them again. Keep up the good work guys!!!
