Great Clips

Friendly staff and timely service. I have fairly thick, long curly hair and went in for a trim. The cut turned out okay in the end but I had to go home to wet my hair down afterwards because after brushing my curls out, they were cut while dry. Usually stylists will spray my hair down to wet it for the trim (a) because of how thick it is and (b) to make sure the curls reform afterwards. I walked out with floofy hair.

Walked in 1st thing in the morning to get my friend a birthday haircut. There was no wait so she was taken right in. The haircut didn't take long at all was reasonably priced and she seemed to have a good time while she was there. Service was great. Staff was friendly and had smiles on their faces. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a great haircut at a decent price.

Both my husband and I received hair cuts. We are pleased with the cuts.The girls were pleasant to talk with and did their work quickly.We appreciated how the staff worked efficiently and considerately with each other. The shop was clean and tidy.

I always have a good experience when I go there. The stylists always take the time to help explain what will help with the style and making sure I understand what the style I’m asking for will look like; plus the fact they keep a record of what you had done last in case you want to have the same thing next time is really handy.

Review update time. Multiple issues at this location. No respect for people's time. The latest issue was the last straw and I won't ever go back. My young son doesn't enjoy haircuts, so was sat on my lap and when he saw the clippers he started saying he didn't like the clippers. With a little persuasion he will sit still for it. But the stylist unbuttoned his cape and refused to work with him to get it done. Told me maybe he should go have a nap, rather condescendingly. He is a little old for naps. I did notice that she had walked in with pizza from the shop next door just before starting the haircut, so my guess is that she couldn't be bothered if it might take a little longer as she wanted to eat her pizza. Honestly I'd have been fine for to eat before doing the haircut. Terrible service, terrible employees. I won't be going back.

Came here the other day and actually got a great Haircut! However the customer service was disrespectful. I’m starting to bald a bit and the lady cutting my hair did a great job can barely even tell. However a co worker at this establishment kept making comments about it then proceeded to ask me if I had “Bad genetics?” Felt very disrespected. Don’t think I will give them my business again.

Awful didn’t do what I asked the person who cut my hair really didn’t want to be there and it shows in my hair. Im never coming back this is the worst and laziest haircut I have ever got
