Ramin fixed my snow boots very efficiently & quickly. The heel was worn down & water was leaking in. He added a new base to seal the shoes and level them out. Incredible service & quality.

Craftsmanship is good, but I wouldn't recommend this business if you're busy and value your time. I had to make 4 visits to get a single pair of pants hemmed.On the first visit, I arrived 30min after opening and was asked to return in an hour when the seamstress would start work. On the third visit, I arrived to see the owner depart the store and a sign on the door indicating they'd return in half an hour. After waiting 45min, I decided to go home.

So happy with the repairs on my designer shoes I took in. My favorite pair of Valentino shoes had lost some studs and the heel was completely worn out but after going to Millwood they look brand new. Amazing job. Thank u so much for making my favs brand new.

Recently took a pair of sandals in for repair, and can say I'm very happy with the job and care that went in to make them look as close to new as possible. On top of that, the service is amazing, the pricing was very reasonable and the work was done quickly. Definitely recommend this business for all shoe repairs!
