Staff are great. Vets are great with all types of dogs being going to them for almost 20 years. Highly recommend them.

The doctors and staff at this clinic are all very caring and knowledgable. When we go in for vaccinations, we get much more than the typical explanation of what they're for and they're up to date on all the current science. If you're there with your pet in crisis all staff direct their attention to you, your animal and the problem at hand and if you have to put your animal down, they are very compassionate. They aren't the cheapest clinic (nor do I think there the most expensive) but I would never go anywhere else (and I speak as someone who does not have a lot of disposable income). They thoroughly explain any treatments they feel are necessary and leave the decision to you so there is no pressure put on you and you won't be judged. I 100% recommend Dr Birch, and the other doctors and staff.I was very surprised to read the few negative reviews - they are the complete opposite experiences to mine and I've been going there for many years with our cats and dogs.

First time at this vet and all the staff was absolutely amazing, my kitten was so comfortable and the vet was so kind , considerate and knowledgeable ❤️

I am posting this review as my experience at this clinic should never happen to anyone. I scheduled an appointment to euthanize my dog and was told to call when I arrived. I called 5 minutes before our appointment time and was asked to wait in my car as they were running behind. Nearly 25 minutes later I was called to come in. I asked why didn't someone call to ask if I could come in later rather than have me sit in my car and I was told they did not have my telephone number. I asked how is that possible when my dog has been a patient since 2005 and the answer was she didnt know. I decided a couple days later that I wanted to purchase an individual cremation package and was called a week later to say the urn was available for pick up. When I arrived I called to say I was outside and the front door buzzed open and I went in. I was yelled at by Ashley to get out of the building as I am not allowed in and she will come outside. Ashley came outside I paid the bill and was handed a bag with my dogs urn inside and then walked away. It was as cold as that. I understand we are in a pandemic but I had a mask on and hoped I could pay inside privately as I did when she was euthanized but that clearly was out of the question. In all honesty it felt as if I was buying something from the local store. I will never ever return to this clinic as they lack kindness, consideration, compassion and professionalism. To lose a family pet is devastating and then to be treated in this fashion is just unacceptable. Thank you Dr Ellis and staff for the horrible experience and memories of saying goodbye to my beloved family pet.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Dr. Donavan is the best vet! He has given such compassionate and thoughtful care to my dogs. Plus, they don't try to push you into procedures (some vets do!), but lay out they options in an open and honest way. The vet techs and staff are very friendly and welcoming to both you and your pet!

I've been seeing Paul Donovan and his team for the last 23 years. They have alwyas been quick to connect and respectful to all our pets. They treat all with dignity. I'm happy to have my pets cared for by this team.

We took our cat for a check up, it was our first time to this vet.Can't say enough about how friendly and accommodating the staff was.Many vets would not take on new clients or offered appointments weeks away, not ideal at all.Our cat was checked out, and was relaxed with the vet. The vet gave us some great suggestions that we could do at home (did not give us a list of expensive options).They even called us a few days later to see how things were going, can't even get that from my own doctor.A great find for us and our pet.

Products and services are way too expensive but are in line with other vet offices. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
