Fountain Tire
Second time coming here and this visit was just as disappointing as the first. First time I came to get my tires switched to my winter ones, which took them almost the entire day. Second time I asked them to switch to my summer tires and for an alignment, which took them 4 hours. However, in that time, they couldn’t fit in the alignment we had asked for the week previous. Incredibly unprofessional that they cannot fit in two services in 4 hours, due to bad time management. While I understand other vehicles take longer due to unforeseen problems, I should not have to wait 4+ hours each time for just my tires to be switched over.

What an amazing team!!... Ralph's customer service level is top notch and Darren & Josh's on-site work was exceptional.Everything was done on time and as discussed over the phone - my tractor now has all new tires and these guys made it seamless and painless!!This level of service is hard to find these days - thank you so much guys!!!Curt.

Dropped by Fountain Tire on Saturday because my wheel was making strange sounds and loose. I went to Kal Tire first because it was first on my way. I waited 10 minutes for someone to come out and tell me they didn't know what the issue could be and none of the other staff that were there could help. Next on my path was Fountain Tire. I was greeted quickly and they immediately offered assistance. Let's just say the level I experienced at Fountain Tire was beyond expectations and WILL be the place I go to for anything tired related. 2 very friendly guys who had me on my way in no time and offered a complimentary follow up the next open day. Very impressed.

Great shop all around. Have swung by for a few tire changes and light service requests. I never feel as if I'm being upsold or taken advantage of. The guys are always friendly, accommodating and willing to discuss multiple options to find what works best. I don't like visiting as it means something is wrong with my car, but they sure do a good job of making the process more pleasant.

Thank you so much for helping us out when we got a chunk of metal lodged in our tire! We were in from out of town and they quickly assessed the damage, determined the tire wasn't punctured, and didn't even charge us for their time. Definitely recommend!

Was told by the dealership service department that I needed my brakes replaced and quoted me an outrageous amount. Got a quote from Fountain Tire and decided to get it done with my seasonal tire swap. Soon after I dropped my car off I got a call stating my brakes were still OK for at least another oil change and possibly two. He stated if it was his vehicle he wouldn’t do it yet and to wait unless I noticed any squeaks or shakes. So I decided to wait. He could have just gone ahead and done it and made the money and I’d have been none the wiser. It’s rare to find a business that actually puts the customer first. I appreciate his honesty and integrity and will definitely be back. Customer for LIFE.

The guy at the front desk can't handle stress at all. He was getting upset with the Old guy in front of me because he wanted to wait for his car. Then he gave me attitude for asking if I could get one of the two cars I booked in done earlier so I could go. I won't come back again. Previously the guy gave my son attitude as well.
