Interior of the building smells and looks gross and unclean. Most of the toppings were starting to rot. One of the staff members stood there texting on her phone for 5 minutes before taking my order. Staff weren't rude, but definitely not excited to be there. Probably because they don't get paid enough to care.

They were not as organised.. With only two fellas ..they would have struggled through a supper rush.. Could've been a bit faster.. They were polite and professional... It was adequate. They should hire two more to keep the flow going.. Shortstaffed. But they somehow make your sammich.

The staff were unfriendly, the hygiene was a mess, and the steak cheese sandwich was never up to the price. The vegetables were only put in three pieces, and when I asked for more, he looked at me in a bad mood. I think we need to train the staff first. The worst subway store in island!!

asked for my usual order, 6 inch meatball on italian herb and cheese, i get it about once every week or two. normally they are able to put 4-5 meatballs across the sandwich, this time only 3 and some were overlapping. so i asked if that was for sure a 6 inch and she said yes. only able to put three overlapping cucumbers across too. i went back to work to eat in the break room (i work in the mall) and joked with my coworkers about what happened. we jokingly took out a ruler and measured and it’s not even 4 inches hahahaha! it was delicious as always and i don’t care that much but in the future i would appreciate an actual 6 inch lol!

I would not normally go out of my way to review a fast food location. I mean it's fast food. But the service at this location was rude, sullen and dismissive to the point of making me want to walk away without my order.I understand you are working minimum wage, I imagine you've had a lousy day, but you're still in customer service and if I ask for something as simple as I would like a seal on my sandwich wrapper that actually seals it" I don't expect to be cut off

Watched a sandwich artist argue with a customer, then watched the manager come and continue the argument. The customer was polite, the staff were rude, the staff accused the customer of lying, all he wanted was bacon on his club. NOT the roast beef that was put on, the staff had long discussions, not in English, then told customer he just is wasting food. I left, bought nothing. Staff should be retrained. NO GOOD. Shameful and rude when the guy was just asking for what he ordered
