Great dry cleaner with even better service! I started using their pick up and delivery service about a month ago. I used to love going here. I wish I could say the same. I had a dress that was brand new that I took there to be dry cleaned the night before leaving for my bachelorette party. The dress has sequins on the back as the straps. When I picked up the dress the straps were gone... legit strings only. I called multiples times asking for some sort of compensations..... I got absolutely nothing besides a 2.99 refund... I will say I was pretty disappointed. I also spoke to the owner and he took no respondisbly for this. What kills me even more is someone had to pin this up and realized there was no strap and said nothing

Place and order for dry clean pickup and they did not pick it up and cancelled the order. Called to ask why and they said my dry clean was not put out for them. Turns out they went to the wrong address and admitted it. They then charged me a cancellation fee and will not refund it even though they went to THE WRONG ADDRESS! It’s ridiculous to charge a cancellation fee even after they messed up.

Very impressed with their services. I just left my clothes on the front porch and in less than 24 hours they were back and spotless. My son’s dress shirt has a massive stain on the front which they managed to get out somehow, so I’m very happy with their services.

I have been going to dry cleaning depot for over a decade. Their customer service and level of care is outstanding. When they introduced their delivery service I wasn’t sure how much I would use it. With how busy life is these days I can’t live without it. From work clothes to golf shirts DCD takes care of all my attire. No more rushing to drop off, pick up or ironing!!!

I love this cleaning service. Not only are they fast, but they are dependable and the best value around. I have been using their new app and home delivery service during Covid and extremely pleased with the whole experience. Their app is fast, non-glitchy & actually works. And my articles are picked up and delivered contactless from my home. Highly recommend DCD!

Let’s see, same or less price than most dry cleaners……..oh, and they pick up and drop off for free!!! Girlfriend had a whole carmel candy bar stuck in a sweatshirt and came back perfect. Use them.
