St.Lawrence Pools and Spas

Initially bought a pool from the other company in town. Was good, however once I had gone to St.Lawrence Pools, they couldn’t match the customer service that ST.Lawrence offers. Mike B is always there to assist and provide informative suggestions as to what works best for my needs. Mike is quick to fix any problems I have and find an answer to my questions. Mike S also quick to follow-up and ensure that everything has gone according to the plan, and if not ensuring that it was corrected. I primarily deal with these 2 fellows and can’t say enough about the experience I have had dealing with them. I find the rest of the staff is quick to provide assistance if required, but just to say hello and be friendly if not required. It was the customer service that brought me to St.Lawrence Belleville and what has kept me coming back for 15+ years now.

Had our pool spring cleaned by Jack. He called before he arrived. Came prepared. Did a fantastic job. He was clean, tidy and very polite. As new pool owners he thoughtfully and carefully explained what he was doing as well as how our pool works. He was very familiar with St Lawrence Pools products and services. A great representative of the company. As a result, we won't hesitate to deal with SLP again.

I have been going to St. Lawrence pools for the past 4 years for all my hot tub products and have never had a bad experience with them. The staff are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Their products/services are reasonably priced.Recently, I had a minor problem with the hot tub and urgently needed a technician to inspect it. Barry Richards inspected the problem and fixed it within 2 days. He went over and beyond to assist me with this problem. Barry was clear in his communications with me and very efficient in completing the work. Thank you, Barry!!!St. Lawrence pools is the right place to go to for all your hot tub/swimming pool needs. This is the best place around! They're always super helpful with my hot tub, they do water testing for free and make hot tub maintenance kind of fun. Everyone who works here is insanely friendly and it makes me look forward to my visits. Taylor almost always helps us out and she's the cherry on top! If you have a hot tub or a pool this is the store you need, worth driving an extra 20 minutes even if there's another store closer to you. They've also got bbqs, dart boards, pool tables, workout equipment, and outdoor furniture. 100% recommend!!!

I have been trying to open my pool since May, but seemed to be too much air in the pump. Called St. Lawrence Pools and they sent out Ryan and his buddy to check things out. They were so knowledgeable and diagnosed my issue fast! Seemed my pool pump was cracked. They checked stock at the store and left to grab me a new pool pump. They set everything up for me, to make it easy to disconnect when winter comes. They were so good, and didn't cut any corners. I was very impressed with the friendliness, knowledge and ease at which everything was connected up and had me up and running in no time. Thank you guys for your time and help!

This is our third time purchasing a hot from St.Lawrence Pools in Belleville. We have purchased a hot tub at each of their current and previous locations in the Belleville area. Excellent customer service again thank you Mike you truly know how to treat your customers!

Outstanding service! My hot tub stopped working when the temperature was -10c. I submitted an online request for service on Sunday evening. I received a call from Chuck at St Lawrence Pools at 8:30am on Monday morning. He was able to get Barry and his associate out that same morning to diagnose the issue. They didn't have the pump in their truck, so the repair was done by Taylor the next morning. I was very impressed with the three technicians that came out for the repair and would not hesitate to recommend St Lawrence Pools. 5-stars!

This has been our second purchase from Hydropool, this time through Bellville's dealer, St Lawrence pools. Got the best deal on the tub from Mike S. and the delivery crew was outstanding! Professional and efficient! The tub is perfect!
