Vimi Laser & Skincare Clinic

This is my first time coming to Vimi Clinic and I have to say, as soon as I walked in the atmosphere was amazing. Everyone greeted me as soon as I went in. Also, it is very clean! I did a full body wax with Bhoomi and she was so friendly and made me feel super comfortable from beginning to end. I will definitely go back.

I go here regularly for eyebrows and waxing and Vimi's Spa never fails to deliver the best service when it comes to my needs. The staff are friendly and talented and always assure I have a welcoming stay. I would definitely recommend this spa to family and friends because you can always step out of Vimi's as a satsified customer. Love it!

Plz update the website to let us know if Midland location is out of business. All the time I try to book an appointment at Midland location I'm told it's close I have to go to Markham. Please keep us updated so we can look for another place around the area.

I visited Vimi Medi Spa a few hours ago and I had undoubtedly one of the best experiences in my recent memory. From the minute I walked in, to the minute I left, I was treated to exceptional customer care. The facility is very welcoming, the employees were enthusiastic and had great personality, and the services provided are well beyond expectation. I would definitely recommend this spa!

I had the most lovely time with Radha during our session! She was friendly, patient and very informative on all my options! I can't recommend anyone better than her and will be only seeing her for all my facials and spa treatments!

HORRIBLE Experience....CAUTION.....Don't go here! I went here to get a Brazilian wax. I was one of the second to last appointment. The lady Bumhi had one person after me that she said was running late. She seemed to be rushing to get my wax done because she was worried about the last person. I asked her she didn't work with someone else and she said no, just her. The next client came in and she left me on the table in that awkward position to go and attend to the person that came in. I find it very inappropriate to leave a client, go out and touch all kinds of things including door handles and come back to treat such a delicate area. She did not prep the vaginal area at all before she began or after. She waxed me so fast and aggressively. She did not wipe the area down after. I left with wax and powder all over me. By the next day I had a terrible rash, over the next few days my vagina broke out in huge bumps. I had to go to the doctor and the doctor advised that maybe the wax was contaminated or needed to be changed. One month later I am still dealing with these horrible bumps that are painful. My lady parts just don't look the same. I am scheduled to go on vacation and there is no way I can wear a bathing suit. The bumps are so large and inflamed you can see them through my underwear. This is not the first time I've waxed. I have waxed at other places and never had this experience. I only opted for this place because my girlfriend told me that they had a $20 special on Thursday. Sometimes you get what you pay for, in this case I got the worse experience of my life and I don't know when it will clear up. I also had a landing strip, she didn't even ask me if I wanted to keep it, she just went and ripped everything off. I found this place very unhygienic and unprofessional. Don't be fooled by the cheap price it will end up costing you more than you bargained for. Don't do it ladies, your lady parts may never look the same again!

The girl who works here, Bhumi is amazing at everything, she has changed how i perceive laser and waxing now painless and quick. Wax, eyebrows and full body laser. I can't go anywhere else again. the whole spa is amazing but the workers are even better! The owner is a very nice lady too.HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR LASER and wax. the spa is hygienic and cost effective!

It’s definitely a hidden gem in the busy Scarborough area. Small but still have the amenities you would expect in a spa. The gentlemen that helped us was very accommodating and very informative (yes welcome to the 20th Century, a guy can own and manage a spa!). They do have another location in Markham that is bigger and did have a great experience on both location. You get what you paid for (for both services and products). The Aesthecians were very experienced and professional. Definitely recommend this place.
