We bought our mobile home from Dynamics in Red Deer. It was a use one but we were ok with that as Jim sales rep stated it would be clean. When Jim sent us pictures of the mobile there were 2 sets of heavy metal stairs very nice. Attached when we came to move in the stairs were gone stated they were sent to other places. There was water Leaking and damage in the laundry room. Trailer Not level Shingles blowing off nothing was done in the time frame stated. Had to stay in hotels 3 extra nights. Like I stated stairs taken so to move stuff in we used a ladder yes a ladder. So then Jim brought us stairs that did not fit the height to low. Park management brought us a set to us. Very disappointed will not us them again will not recommend dynamics

Hope the owner of this company reads this !! Maybe you should look into how your sales manager Jim Fradette corresponds with previous customers. He will be the reason why i will not deal with or recommend anyone to buy a home from your company again. I will be more than happy to take my business elsewhere when we upgrade our home that we bought 6 yrs ago. When a company hires a licensed contractor to do the hook ups that meet or exceed code it shouldn't fall back to being my problem to fix.

Dynamic homes in red deer has been a shining light in an other wise dark time for my family. I lost my home to fire and thanks to Jim and Erin from dynamic homes they made getting a new house painless and a pleasure. The staff and the work they do is just amazing the quality of the product and the care that goes into the experience is way beyond anything I have ever experienced. Thank you so much for everything and if anyone asks it will be dynamic homes all the way.

Website should have more Information on current stock and prices. The reason I search your website is to see if it's worth my while to come in. I don't want to talk to a sales rep, just looking for a little information that your site is lacking.

Great sales staff and customer service!! They went out of their way to look after us at no cost when we noticed a window was leaking, despite it being 3 years past the warranty expiration. Their warranty work/repairman does exceptional work and was very fast. Our home is 4 years old now and the whole experience from the start has been great.

Jim & Erin made the process of selecting a modular home easy and stress free. The samples were presented well which made decision making simple. The appliances in the house are top notch and Mark, the head tradesperson, installed them with ease and explained everything well. When I have questions, Jim and/or Erin respond promptly to my emails. Despite my new home not being decorated yet, I still get lots of compliments. I can’t wait to see what my forever home will look like once I’m finished decorating. The overall experience was top notch and I would recommend Dynamic Homes to anyone looking to purchase a RTM Modular Home.

Heading into my 2nd summer with my Dynamic modular home and as I look back at the whole experience I am thankful for their knowledgeable staff. Excellent communication throughout the entire process and I am very pleased with the quality of construction.

Forget the rest, go with the best! When you're dealing with a company you're dealing with the people thus why its not just about the name above the door. Its about the people who represent the company. Our experience with Andria has been exceptional from beginning to end. From the first day we walked through the door to the end result, our experience was nothing but superb. Her attention to detail goes well and beyond. She cares about her customers and she delivers what she promises. She isn't about the sale, its about the process and the customer getting what they want that comes first and being happy with the end result. I cannot say enough about her follow up emails, phone calls, pictures to the progress of our project and the fact that if there was an issue she was on it to get resolution. At no point through our process did we ever feel that we were not being heard or that she moved on dealing with other customers/sales. It didn't matter time of day she made sure to follow up. When we compare her to the competition there is no match, and trust us when we say that because we had a horrible experience with Expert RV and Homes. We also dealt with other builders and honestly Andria stands out in front of them all. She is a cradle to grave with her customers, you don't get passed off to the customer service person who has no clue about the project or issue at hand, she deals with it head on. I also want to talk about Mark, their head trades person. His work says it all and it gets done in a timely fashion. Great workmanship and if you're not happy he makes it right, theres no excuses with Mark, he tells you upfront the real deal with no hidden agenda. Its hard to find people that care about the end result, we truly believe in our experience that there is nobody in the modular home industry that services like they do, and it shows because we've dealt with the others. If you're wanting this to be a journey filled with fun and excitement, not false promises, and getting what you truly desire, give Andria a chance at Dynamic Homes, you will not be disappointed.

My Mother and me were very lucky to meet a good sales man who happens to be a REAL sales man and knows from head to toe of what we needed the most. When we needed a home right away after our house got sold all the sudden, we had to act fast and get the help we need to find us a decent home. So thanks to our friends we manage to find us the right sales men for the job and lord and behold. We got us a brand new home about 5 years ago and it has been good to us ever since. The deals were the best, the company and the staff were the best. So if we ever needed a new home down the road or so. This be the place to do so with reasonable prices and deals, so I wanna thank the folks who sold me and my Mom there homes to us ^^
