Terrible customer service, i emailed with my concerns when my stair and landing carpet were fitted, no response. I watched the fitter cut my carpet face down in the road, when i challenged the shop they said not possible, other issues as well not addressed

Really poor experience dealing with Hoopers.Mistakes with our order, significant delays in getting carpet in, constant ringing them to chase, no one calls back or updates. It's been a bad experience and wouldn't recommend them unfortunately going forward.

Outstanding work.This was a very challenging task extending an existing Amtico Spacia floor into an extension with a very poorly laid concrete slab that needed significant repair and levelling. With delays caused by the prior building work, the planning extended over several months. All through this Hoopers were fantastic, always friendly, always helpful and very supportive. When it came to the final repair, levelling and laying of the tiles, the work was carried out very efficiently and has delivered a really great result.We could not be more pleased.

Great experience with Hoopers Carpets who supplied and fitted our stair carpet.They were great at giving us time and advice when choosing the carpet type and lent us samples to help with the decision making. it was no problem to them to hold on to our carpet whenwe were delayed by our decorating.The fitters were timely, professional and did a great job of fitting.Great choice of supplier and it's great to have a local, independent business to buy from.

I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to write about our excellent experience here. Hoopers Carpets have done a beautiful job for us. Terry in the shop talked us through all the options in our price range and was incredibly knowledgeable, taking us through the merits of various ply and weights! He managed to match a carpet we had seen at John Lewis at a preferential price. The quote, ordering and arranging fitting dates all ran smoothly. Most importantly the guys have done the most brilliant job with the fitting. We had just refurbished the whole house and chose a single carpet for all the stairs and the upstairs areas. The finish is top notch and the attention to detail and the workmanship is second to none. I cannot recommed highly enough. We could not be happier. Thank you Hoopers!

Someone recommended using Hoopers so my husband and I decided to visit. On getting to the shop we saw signs saying an appointment needed to be made in order to enter the shop. Hung outside for a few minutes when someone came to the door. Very rude response, said clear on website you had to book an appointment (not everyone visits a website). Rudely told us to wait outside and we could enter when the current appointment was done. Decided to take business elsewhere. Not a good first impression when looking to spend ‘000’s on new flooring.

Very professional service, they did an excellent job fitting the carpet on our stairs and landing. It was a bright striped pattern, which Hoopers fitted with lines that flowed through perfectly. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I am extremely pleased with the service I have received from Hoopers. The staff in the shop are all helpful, listen well, and give good advice. Had just had our kitchen and hall fitted with Amtico flooring, and the fitters have done a fantastic job. Can recommend Hoopers as a good local carpet fitters.
