I ordered take out.easy to order and efficient. They don't charge extra if ordering on line. Price is reasonable. Food is only good for hot pot. Unfortunately, my recent took out is disappointed. Curry chicken is unacceptable, fried rice noodle is too soaky. Probably I won't order again !!

Good food, friendly staff and affordable prices! This place is a great gem in New Westminster for Asian food, it has become my favourite for lunch time with coworkers due to its near location to YU university. All food that I have tried here is tasty, dumplings, beef bowl with rice, chicken with tree sauces and rice, personal fish spicy hot pot. The portion of the hot pot is specially worth it and prices are not expensive. I need to try its famous bubble teas which I heard are great.

Tried Bubble World last weekend. Overall I felt it is good. Food is quite Taiwanese style & taste. Service is great. Decoration is clean. I would say it’s a bit overpriced for the dishes as lunch. The drink is great. Like it. It is Brown Sugar Pearl Milk.

Love their drinks, but I have to knock them down a star because their paper straws are garbage! I am all for saving the environment, but my paper straw broke down before I could finish my drink. I had to ask another bubble tea place for a straw. Definitely need to upgrade these!

Food is good. Kitchen was very slow with making vermicelli. No idea why. The staff offered a good discount so can't really complainThe cutlet was good. The interior is great for big groups. Overall positive experience

The seating and restaurant environment itself is very clean and comfy. The food is good but my baked pork chop over fried rice with red sauce barely had tomato sauce on it such that the ratio was off and you are mainly eating the dry fried rice (which had good flavour but could have used a lot more tomato sauce). The milk seafood hot pot was good as well. Would be even better if you could cook your own raw lamb at the table yourself like real hotpot.

My partner and I love this location, the food is always great as well as the drinks. When we dine in they are always fast and very friendly, the manager always asks us about our day and says they're happy to see us. We are always happy to see the staff and spend time eating here.

I ordered food delivery through doordash.. their service are worst, they dropped my food right outside my garage door, instead of front door.I like their braised meat platter,They are tasty and not salty.I ordered brown sugar bubble milk tea,But they gave me regular bubble milk tea instead, but they gave me a lot of big pearls inside.I also ordered beef wrapped.. not much ingredients inside but its tasty.All the food items are good..Worth to try with cheap price..

sub par food compared to bubble world coquitlam. bad service, too loud. it was just two of us, unfriendly server sat us in a group section where it was too loud. table was dirty, still had food waste on table after they cleaned up.ordered pork intestine, mentaiko udon, and chicken cutlet in spicy sauce. less portion and lack of herbs on pork intestine compared to coquitlam bubble world. Mentaiko was NOT mentaiko. They put tobiko which is totally different than mentaiko the cost of these ingredients are drastically different as well as taste. When i asked about it, they just said that’s how they make it. If a main ingredient stated on the menu is not there, they’re just fooling the customers.we ordered wonton noodle soup instead, which was whatever. I’ll never go again.
