I turned my furnace on for the season and it wasn’t working, at such a busy time of year I was so stressed and worried someone wouldn’t be available. They came immediately and had my heat on and running within a few hours - we were absolutely thrilled! Thank you.

Incredibly professional and has attention to detail. We have had some real garbage HVAC people that haven’t solved our problem. He knows what the problems are and is on it. It is a relief!

JP really saved my butt! On a cold November weekend, the gas company came by to change the meter. They then tagged my equipment and turned off the gas which meant no hot water, no heat and no stove! A friend got me in contact with JP and he came by and got the gas all hooked up, tested and running again the next day. He checked out our boiler, water heater, gas fireplace, and stove with a sniffer and performed a leak test (needed to satisfy the removal of the tags) He was very professional and personable and made such an impression that my kids even shared their Halloween stash with him LOL.

We had a gas fireplace installed. The size of our existing fireplace created a problem but John Paul searched and found us the perfect insert. The said insert only came with an on/off switch, however he was able to adapt the wiring with a remote that doubles as a thermostat. Our bricks were also given a fresh coat of paint. They also closed the off the vent that made our family room for years. We absolutely love our new fireplace.

This is the review you are looking for. You want to do things right. You've done your research online, you've asked around, you've gained some knowledge about what you need to look out for and you know what questions to ask. But you still feel intimidated and wish businesses were more friendlier and approachable. JP from AirFlow Pro was super friendly and right of the bat helpful and accommodating. No pressure, no obligation, super polite and professional. Listened to my issue around air conditioning, showed that he cared about my inconveniences and went out of his way to give me a solution.We're all learning how to 'adult' and business owners like this are whats needed in today's customer service environment. Jean Paul was a very friendly, kind person, he was very professional and knowledgeable about what he had to do! After we got off the phone he came and fixed the problem a day later. He knows what he is doing and also explained to me everything that was going on. I would recommend his company to anyone. Would definitely use this company again when needed!

I was having an issue with my heating system not pumping air like it should. I called these guys from a Google search and with in hours of the phone call I had everything working and ready for winter. Thank you AirFlowPro. You guys were amazing
