My son had a bad experience there long time ago. Pria she drive you crazy. Another girl from the reception she charge me wrong and I claimed it and she tells be to late cause she pass it to the insurance. It was a 30cad it wasn’t much. Be careful check your account always. I said game over with them. There is much more.

I visited in January for a routine cleaning and check up. I was informed that I needed thousands of dollars worth of work (in particular a redo on an existing finished root canal). I sought out a second opinion at another office in a neighbouring town and in fact needed nothing out of routine cleaning done.This place is aggressive and as soon as they find out you have insurance they pile on the ‘proposed needed work’. After the cleaning, I had sensitivity for 4 months until it calmed down on its own.I wouldn’t trust this dentist as it seems they care more about making money off your insurance then actual needed treatment.

The best dentist I have ever been to. She takes the time to explain everything. The office itself is very new and state of the art. Her staff is top notch and the hygienists are great (even with kids) and is very thorough. You get to watch TV while having your teeth worked on as well. All around Professionals!

SUPER TALENTED TEAMI have been visiting Perla in Stouffville for nearly five years now. My hygienist Lucy provides a wealth of knowledge, takes time to answer my questions, and has given me many great suggestions. My dentist Sara is very pleasant and a genius at her profession. They are aware that I am self-employed and not insured. Unfortunately proper dental care can be costly but the team at Perla always does their best to help me prioritize work, prevent future problems, and save money. Finally I will add that I was reluctant to get a night guard and thought it was an unnecessary upsell. But they eventually convinced me and I am now certain it will save me thousands of dollars in the future.

Every single staff member I interacted with was helpful.They are great about working with my busy schedule.

Staff were polite and they were great with my daughter at the time of the appointment. BUT they can't seem to understand how to charge services through a benefit plan...so expect to pay for your service out of pocket regardless. Not only that, they only let me know this when it was time for me to rebook the next appointment. Not at all impressed .
