Dirty, no washroom, unqualified staff.EDIT:The first time I was here two months ago, the text above is an impression from my first visit.Today I've been there again. Unfortunately for myself, today I've found a washroom, please see attached photo. What can I say? Nothing changed, tables were dirty, staff still unqualified, there are lot's of people inside, but only three tables were opened. Washrooms in a trail station in a third-word country are much clearer than in Tim Hortons.This is my last visit to Tim Hortons.

They are all over Canada, they are very affordable, and the food is good! They remind me of a sub shop mixed with a Wendys, definitely different. I will definitely look for one outside of Canada.... fingers crossed.

I was in line and my turn next to see the cashier (Caucasian girl) she just walk away when I step up to her, went on to clean shelves and talk to her other co- workers, after three people went ahead to the other cashier, I went over to here and ask her if she was returning to the cashier she said no she doing order now, and I said are you coming back she said no, I said to her you could have say something like the other cashier will take your order and don’t just leave me standing their, thinking your returning some day, then she started mumbling something and I just walked out. I had a great experience in Banff right up until I go into that Tim hortins, if I could rate this location I would rate it 0 stars, that what I would give it became of my experience.

There is only one Tim Hortons in and around the city of Banff. So, I would highly recommend people to order ahead on their mobile app and pick it up later which saves plenty of time. We went there several times irrespective of what time it was. It was very busy in the mornings and slightly free in the evenings. I really loved their pastries, and their coffee. Cheers to their friendly staffs.

If the owner reading this review, then he must check thier employees attitude. Asian guy at the coffe dispenser is a real racist. Bought tFour coffe, two coffe didnt mentioned the name and when i asked the guy what are the two coffe and he siad i am busy...i I asked him again, and he rudely replied. I felt so bad. Neverever happend in any tims but this was such a disgrace.

Great to have a Tim Horton's in Banff, this location was just extremely busy so it was impossible to find parking and the line up was extensive inside. They could use more space or another location. It was a long wait and the facility is not as clean as you'd hope - they are just slammed.

It was such a worst experience I could ever imagine at the reputed place such as Tim Hortons. If she was the owner of the store, we would never visit this place ever, where customers are treated like unwanted guests. The girl may be Amandeep was super rude and bossy. She made us so uncomfortable with her attitude and disrespectful communication, and the other guy named Mike asked us to leave the store without taking our order. Do you really think such people deserve appreciation especially when they don’t even have basic manners of customer service? How can one be so rude? We came here to buy not to beg, but she seemed like the one who owned everything, and now frustrated with the busy hours. However the fact is Tim Hortons does not even know how its employees have been ruining its business gradually with their so cold attitude.

The service here was the worst I’ve ever seen at a coffee house. We waited over 20 minutes for 2 coffees and 2 muffins. Everyone who ordered after us was given their food before us; it was like we were completely forgotten about. There were many staff members standing around doing absolutely nothing in the kitchen while we were asking for our food again and again. Worst “fast” food experience I’ve had.
