One of the best experiences of customer service I have ever had. I was struggling to find an online retailer for a particular item, and Jeanette went above and beyond to make it possible. In addition; the item, a Tofino iron-on patch, is beautiful and easily the best I have found of the very few that are available elsewhere online. They are Vancouver Island's best family-owned and operated gallery, and it really shines through in their treatment of customers. Thank you LoveCraft Art Gallery!

False advertising, came into the store to check out some LoveCraft inspired things, not a single thing. Just your average local gift shop which is not bad but why call your shop “LoveCraft” and even go to the extent to wrap the signs in dark tentacles if your not going to showcase anything from actual LoveCraft. I was hoping to find some horror themed decor or clothing, not sure if this was just to entice people to come in but either way it’s false advertising.

Love Craft is a perfect blend of West Coast charm. Showcasing local artists pieces, from potery and artistry to authentic Cowichan sweaters and also serving ‘illy’ espresso. It’s a cute little corner you don’t want to miss.
