Just built a new home and Tischler did all of our cabinets the kitchen and 3 baths... we just LOVE them!!!! So durable and there attention to detail is amazing! They also painted all our interior doors... OMG ... absolutely gorgeous!!! Everyone loves them!!! Congrats to Tischler for a job well done!!! Thanks again!

Cabinets are beautiful. BUT I had two doors delivered to them from the manufacturer. It would have cost 100$ for the manufacturer to stain them for me but Tischler designer said they could stain them for me. I agreed that they could do them , thinking maybe they would charge me maybe 200$ or so. We picked them up and received a bill for 900$ !!!!!!I’ve heard they were more expensive but no one can believe the 900$ for staining two doors!!They had no comment or way to justify.....

Stay away! Worst Ever! Liars! Unprofessional! Horrible customer service! They should get 0 stars but that's not an option.10 years ago we spent well over $100,000 on custom cabinetry from Tischler. I admit they did a good job back then. They are not the same company any more!We called them in December because we had to buy a new refrigerator, and needed a new door panel built. We figured they'd be the best to do the job, since they built the original and we wanted things to match. Brian the owner, set up an appointment with us. He said he'd show up for measurements and discuss costs. We canceled our plans that day because he told us he would be out to our home but was not sure of a time. He never showed up, he never called, he did not have the courtesy to let us know in any way that he couldn't make the appointment. I had even called his office at around three PM that day, and his receptionist told me that he was on his way.After he did not show, we called the following day and asked what to do. Brian would not return a call, but his receptionist told us to email her the specs for the door and they would give us an estimate. We followed through. After waiting about two more weeks, we called again. The receptionist confirmed they had the specs and would get back to us. Again no one got back to us. (After all this, we should have known that they have problems - but we wanted a door that matched their original) We called several more times and finally the receptionist said they needed a piece of the old cabinet to match the stain. We brought a piece in to them and finally received a bid for $950.00 on 2-16-2021. They asked for 1/2 down to start, and said it would only take a couple weeks. We sent $450 on 2/17/21.Since that time we have received no calls at all from them. We have called them at least 6 times, the only ones we can speak to are Dee and Hanna. Brian or any other of the builders will not take a call. It is now 5/17/21 and we do not know if they have started or not.My wife and I ask on every call if we can speak to Brian - he's never available. I have left messages on his voicemail, but never get a call back.They have my down payment. They have a portion of my old door. I can't get any answers. I have no clue if they have started. The only thing I know is; the door that was supposed to completed and delivered 2 weeks from 2/17/21 is not here and it is 3 months later!I'm at a loss as to what to do - other than review them, hopefully warn others about these unprofessional, no-good liars. Maybe, with some luck I might get a response from this poor excuse for a business!Again -Stay away - These are horrible people!!!!! The Worst!!

Tischler was involved in both our new home cabinetry/woodwork and our lake cabin remodel. They were wonderful every step of the way. Bryan gave us many great ideas that we would have never thought of otherwise. They have a wonderful design team also! Everything was done in a timely manner and they always kept us informed of how the project was coming along. We are very happy with the results. It is top notch craftsmanship. We have since referred Tischler to many others

Tischler Wood Products did an amazing job on my downstairs entertainment center. Top quality work that looks beautiful. I also had them out about 9 years ago to build an entryway locker system for my 4 kids and it still is holding its quality.
