Ed, Mike and their team were fantastic! We had them re do our master bathroom, change the main floor/stairs hardwood and paint the entire house. From first contact to final contact Ed and Lorraine are professional, courteous, helpful and informative. Everyone whocame to my home was respectful and cared about the work thatthey did. Painters Louis, Grace and Jessie are truly artists and assisted me with some decisions. They did what I thought would be impossible on my walls. Nino (does everything) was very easy to work with, considerate and professional. All of his work is excellent and his attention to detail shows in every room. His trim is the best! Thank you Peter for saving my hallway with your talented plaster work. Thank you Marcello (plumbing) for keeping me informed and for your professionalism. During the summer of 2018 many things went wrong with our home. Thankfully we had Mike and his team on our side. They fixed a leak in our bathroom, installed a new sink and shower doors, repaired the damage to our family room ceiling from said leak. Next they fixed three leaks in our basement. One of the leaks was around a window which had been improperly installed when our basement was renovated (by a different company) in 2013. Mike's team had to completely remove everything right down to the concrete. Outside they fixed our fence, installed a sprinkler system and designed and installed a retaining wall. In order to complete the retaining wall before the snow came Mike's staff worked the weekend before Christmas and on Boxing Day. The workers were always very polite, friendly, trustworthy and knowledgeable. They always cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day, even if that meant getting home late. They often went above and beyond; moving furniture, weeding the garden, racking leaves and even letting the dogs out. It was a pleasure having them around. We are looking forward to seeing them again in the Spring for a new extension to our Patio and landscaping.
