Professional and reasonably priced. We had to pickup a car that was impounded (long story) and we found that their staff was professional and their daily rate was more reasonable than other yards. The car wash not damaged either Wich was a relief.

Worst and rudest people works there. Specially the guys that comes to tow your car. No respect at all and they will damage your car and they will not even care and you can't do anything about it. Not recommended

Well they don’t show up when they say they will. When you take time off work to be there for a tow and they don’t show up that’s not professional at all. Also no apology for being late either. Rescheduled with another company.

I called and asked for help changing a spare tire that I tried to change but the jack I own did not raise the car enough to get a spare on. They refused service over the phone and hung up.Edit: the guy on the phone said I don't feel like doing that today". He definitely did not say they were too busy. What I observed from Duffs Towing is that. It’s operated and owned by older gentlemen's and I specify that for the fact that this could be one of the last few businesses that is run in the traditional old school way. Making us clients never fear about getting ripped off but in fact I was actually pardoned form my extra charges as they took the time to understand my personal troubles. One of the cleanest services in the industry.The customer service was incredible. I met this person named Al. Who not just only helped me but also went extra mile advising me what not to do so I don’t end up there again. Very unlikely to see those traits in a cut throat businesses in today’s world. That shows true care about their clients. Highly recommended tow truck services if you are keen about not getting ripped off by people with ulterior motives. Glad I came across them. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone I know. Absolute 5 star.

If you ever find yourself in need of towing services, this is the place you need to use in Durham region. I was assisted by Al who was extremely helpful and patient as he guided us through the towing and vehicle release process. He is also very funny. Thanks again Al.
