They told me to get the wrong knee brace that isn’t for injury prevention, but for injury recovery, because odsp will pay for all of it? Not only is that horrible advice which would have lead to continuing and worsening injuries, odsp fully covered the actual knee brace I needed? They didn’t take my measurements because they didn’t think odsp would cover the brace, and made me wait weeks longer then needed to just take measurements? When my knee brace arrived on Thursday like they said, there telling me I can’t I have it til Monday because someone’s on vacation?! I need these to walk? These people are sick, uninformed, uncaring, money hungry clowns. Go anywhere else if you can.

Emily was excellent. She is very knowledgeable and patient. Explains in language we understood. Best place to go for fitted knee braces. Thank you Emily.
