Crescent Moving and Storage

I used Crescent Movers to relocate from Vancouver to Toronto. Before having my belongings picked up, I received excellent service. Once my belongings were picked up, it became hard to track them down. I was called for payment before I even received the ticket for how much my items weighed. I was also under the impression that they would handle my move all the way to Toronto, but it turns out they use a different moving company for that which I was not informed. Therefore when I needed information as to the whereabouts of my items, they were not able to tell me. Additionally, because they failed to mention to me the use of another company, I was told that when the delivery truck was close to its destination in Toronto I would receive a call to coordinate a delivery date and time. However they only called to tell us the day they were coming by, and when we went to book the elevator it was already booked for that date and they made us pay $200 to reschedule. Additionally, the day of the move they had some issues that made their deliveries delayed, meaning they missed our window for the elevator booking. We made it work but overall it was a horrible lack of communication and WAY overpriced. I moved a 1 bedroom apartment and it cost me $3550.

We never expected to have you both pick up and then deliver the goods halfway across the country.You need a moving company? Call these guys! They are great!

We were very pleased with the service received from Crescent Moving and Storage. We hired them to move us from our home, store the contents of our home, then move everything (including shipping our vehicles) to our final destination, during a pandemic, in the winter. Phillip arranged everything for us and Allan attended both moves personally. Everyone involved was pleasant, very professional and attentive. Everything arrived on time, for the quoted price and without damage. We would definitely recommend Crescent Moving and Storage.

This is the best moving company we have ever used. Booked a move on August 17th and Benjamin and Gabriel were the movers. Went above and beyond to ensure furniture was placed where we wanted it. Thanks to all who made the move successful. Would definitely refer to friends and anyone who is looking for a great moving company. Hopefully we won't be moving but would definitely use them again. We were very happy and pleased with the service we received from Crescent Moving and Storage. We had a 5 man crew, led by Martin and Joe who were extremely professional and efficient and within 8 hours we were in our new location in the lower mainland. There was not a scratch on any piece of furniture and Joe took the time to make sure that all the pieces were set up properly (beds and tables) and went as far to ensure that the floor protectors were still in place. What could have been a very stressful day after living in a home for 25 years turned out to be a smoother process than I could have imagined. Thank you to Thom, Martin, Joe and the crew for a job well done. I would highly recommend Crescent Moving and Storage to anyone!

Thom was very helpful during my move and helped me figure out a plan that would work for my budget. I was able to drop off my stuff at their warehouse instead of hiring movers to pick up my stuff and move it to their warehouse which saved me a bunch of money.Delivery took about 4 weeks and the movers on the other end were quick and did not damage any of my furniture. If I were moving long distance again I would use this company again.Also a reasonable price for everything I moved.

Move from BC to MB. Missing some boxes and some items. Also, I have some items that are not even mine. They are very helpful at the beginning with the quote, but once they have your money, they dont care! Some items damaged as well. I will not recommend!!!

Moved from BC to Ontario in the midst of the pandemic.They moved all our belongings along with two cars. Everything was accounted for, and Thom at Crescent was great to deal with communication-wise. The movers themselves were also friendly and efficient.
