I had all but given up on going to any Boston Pizza again due to having terrible service experiences at multiple locations. However, this location has made me a fan again!The food was fresh and tasty but what stood out the most was the service we received. Our server Terri was phenomenal! She was upbeat, funny, knowledgeable and took care of us well. We'll be back and asking for her section when we visit.

Every Boston Pizza we go to in Saskatoon my wife orders twist bread, we get around 8 or so breads. Today at this location we got 4 for $11 and the girl serving argued with us about it. A full order of 8 is $13.99. We asked for an order received a half and are being charged $2 less than a full.Fn jokePart 2The manager came to the table and when we pointed out the differences to the other locations, she told us that it's a different owner. She said that this owner decides their own prices and menu. That this location a full order is 4. While we were sitting at the table we called the location we were at on the Tuesday this week price checked and verified portions prior to the manager coming to the table. When we told her that we called the other location, she tried to school me on franchises. Clearly she is the one needing the schooling on that and about consistency of pricing and portions across across franchises. The owner owns the franchise not the business model. We go to BP because we like the food and go quite often to different locations across the province. As my wife is vegetarian her options are limited she often orders the same thing with twist breads. This is the first time we have received a half order in place of an order then told a half order is a full order. Then have to argue the point with the server and the manager.

Cooper has some serious photography skills and took our group’s photos from multiple angles. He knew what was up. Ethan was cool as well. If either of them need kidneys or any other kind of organ donation, they can have mine. Please let them know that they deserve a raise and that they’ve been added to my will. If there was an option to give a 7 star review, they’d get that option. xoxo

I was there at brunch and I had one bowl. I do not remember what it was called I want to say it was Southwestern something. But it had hash browns bacon egg avocado and tomatoes and it had a bit of a spicy sauce on it it's really good. Definitely would have that again.

Unfortunately not the usual quality and service we have at this restaurant. Placed a pickup order well in advance of planned pickup time. Order was not ready abd had to wait. Fries provided were very few, more like a meal for a child. Burger just tossed into container and soggy. Pizzas were good. Instructions added to order were not fulfilled.

I am always impressed by clean Restaurants and at this Boston Pizza the standards are high which I appreciate very much.Our waitress was in good spirits either she has a good personality or going on vacation soon or both but either way professional staff.The food was good I was not expecting it to have an extravagant experience but I did have a good time and would 100% recommend.

First time trying the Spicy Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese. It was so good, very spicy and cheesy. Excellent attention, and we always appreciate the extra Parmesan cheese on the side.
