We ordered three white roses in which 1 of them was already changing colour and she told us that the groom should have a nicer bigger rose so she would do that for us but she made it smaller which was very disappointing. We called her and asked her if she could change that one rose because the big day is tomorrow but she didn’t want to and she said to just switch them. Very disappointed in the customer service.

I ordered a floral arrangement last week to be delivered to my house on Sat prior to 4 pm. The arrangement was stunning and the recipient was over the moon with the arrangement. The service I received was a 10 plus. White Lotus is now my main florist to go to when I require their assistance. Thank you again.

Last week I purchased a bouquet of fresh cut flowers from With Love by Adriana & Nicole. 1week later the flowers are still holding up nicely. Clearly high quality flowers are being sold at this location. Highly recommended this place. Good pricing, great customer service with knowledgeable staff. Will certainly go back again.

I want to spend a little time and share my good experience with this flower shop. They are very accommodating and are very patient that I felt really welcome. Not only that, I did feel that I'm getting great service more than I deserve... and that speaks volumes. Price is reasonable and the product is well-made. Bravo!

Hello,I never every write reviews but this one I was very shaken by the experience here today. VERY SHOOK. Me and Kindergarten Son came to get flowers for his grandmother. At first it seemed the lady (mid 40s early 50s) 'seemed' very kind and nice. HOWEVER, what really shook me was when the lady told him only 3 - 4 stickers" to put on the flowers he got. He started putting the stickers and while was paying

A BIG THANK YOU to White Lotus Flowers for creating the most beautiful centerpieces and bouquets for our wedding. Our wedding required that Jadwiga and her team create 40 centerpieces, head table arrangement, bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages and they did not disappoint! The team was very helpful in their suggestions, reliable, kind, and did such a fantastic job! We would definitely recommend!
