Came here because of the good reviews. When I got here they told me they are not taking new patients for walk-ins, even though there were almost no people waiting. What's frustrating is that I called, and no one picked up. Their automated message didn't even specify they aren't taking new patients. Just a heads up for anyone thinking of coming here

Wow...becuz I'd NEVER been here before, wouldn't even talk to me. Horrible. Even the stupid Dr said, no becuz she's never been here"!!CHANGE YOUR SIGN then to tell people it's not a walk in."

Very disappointed at the attitude of their receptionists. First of all, I call them like a hundred times and they do not pick up the phone. They NEVER pick up the phone. I went to their clinic this morning and waited half an hour in the cold, after I got in, they said that they are not accepting new patients although it says they are a walk-in clinic. They do not have this information in their website nor when you call them at their automated voicemail. Very unprofessional clinic and not worth wasting your time with them. Whoever’s the boss, I suggest you fire and replace all of those receptionists if you want improvement in the business. I would, considering their attitude and rude behaviour with the patients.

I was recommended this clinic by a friend. I walked in and spoke with the receptionist and politely asked if I could speak with a doctor regarding some mental health issues and was turned away and told they are not taking new patients. Thanks International Avenue Medical Centre.

Best service ever, quick, kind and friendly service

I'll just reiterate what many people have already posted, even if you get here at opening and it's completely empty they will not see you if you are a walk-in if they have never seen you. I didn't come looking for a new family doctor I came for a walk-in service.

Amazing staff and doctors! They treat you like a family not a client. I'm impressed.

I am very satisfied with the service, provided by the clinic. We came early in the morning for the medical exam and were the first - by luck. It is stated that clinic is open from 09:00 am but they opened the door from 08:30 am.Very pleasant receptionist Diane and her colleague Ukrainian lady (unfortunately, don’t know the name).Everything was fast and arranged in the proper way.They don’t accept cards, so make sure to have enough cash (but there are ATMs in the hall just in case)

Despite the mostly positive reviews, this was the first clinic for me to visit out of the 10+ considering it’s a Saturday. I ask the receptionist the wait times, he tells me “We are pretty full”, was hoping he would still give me a time. After an awkward pause he says “Sorry about that.” What? After leaving I receive a text message from the clinic asking “How can we help you” I respond, “Are you taking anymore walk in patients today? If so, what would that wait time be? Thank you.” Responds 45+ mins later with “Sorry, we have enough work to deal with.” You didn’t have to be so condescending? I don’t usually ever leave reviews like this, but I found the receptionist to be not as helpful, unsure if he also sent me the text messages. Regardless, first and last time I’ll be at this clinic. Don’t waste your time here only to be told they have other priorities over seeing you, the least you could’ve done is given me an alternative or to book me an appointment for another day. I hope no one else has had a similar if not the same experience as I did today.
