I was told when I call the day before this place does first come first serve but when I got the there at 630 on Saturday there was one person ahead of me I thought perfect won't wait long when it opens at 8am well they finished my SUV at 950 not the fastest I did ask why so long they told me two people (who were very good friends with one of the guy)were moved ahead of me I thought to myself must bee nice

Right from my entrance I was welcomed warmly. I then spoke to Luke and a very knowledgeable mechanic name Steve came out. We then went through all the options for my SUV one by one with all the pros and cons. They were knew everything about each tire selection that we talked about, tire noise, wear, handling etc. I came in at the end of the day Friday at 430 and STW made sure to get my tires ready for Monday morning. After we selected my tires Steve suggested to the mechanic staff to look through their used tire selection to get me a tire to drive on for the weekend so I didn’t have to use my doughnut. I had some odd tire sizes, so they didn’t find anything but the offer and the fact that they thought this and offered it at the end of a long and HOT week was an unbelievable customer service perk. I’m happy with my tire selection because they took the time to go over all the options with me and I feel like I picked the best option for my situation. Not only do I recommend these people on google I will recommend this company to everyone that’s ever looking for tires. I normally drive luxury cars, and they did me well. (Mercedes GLE 400 and BMW 850 Ci). I’ll be back for my next set of tires and so should you. I’m serious… try them out.. you won’t go wrong.

Great experience here. I was visiting In Saskatoon and my tire was leaking. I had buy a new set. The staff were honest about what was good, they put my tires on quick so I could head back to Regina for work. Great service

They must be doing something right with staff training, because even the guys in back (who are usually away from the public) are friendly, patient, and helpful. Great service, quality products, and very helpful with advice and pricing. We've dealt here for over a year, and they have always been excellent.

A very lovely place, with friendly staff, and great snack and beverage options. As for their tire service, it's next to none they are quick, professional, and very friendly.

April 16th, 2023: Not a good experience at all, the first time we went to inquire about the price for the semi tires and how much they will offer for the old tires they gave us their card and wrote at the back of the card $100 per Tire for the old Tires and once we got 8 new tires, they said to come back later to get a cheque for $800 as it was Saturday and they were closing, went there to get the cheque and they said to come back after 2 weeks, again went after 2 weeks and they said they can’t give anything for the old Tires, showed them the business card with their writing, they snatched that business card and shred it, fortunately saved the picture of it as a proof.April 17th, 2023: you mentioned in your post that I got back to you after a month not shortly after, let me remind you, it was the Wednesday when you told me that you will offer me $100 per tire frontoff and booked the appointment for the Saturday (same week), even after the appointment you kept assuring me that my cheque is getting ready from the headoffice and to come back later to pick it up and the last time I was there you simply denied, snatched the business card and shredded it, I can give you the dates of our conversations if that can help in any way.

I'm from Prince Albert and needed two tires mounted so I could get home. I called at 8AM on Sat and they told me to bring them down. Jason was fantastic to deal with. Him and the guys stayed past closing to make sure I could get back on the road to get home. Great customer service, Keep up the good work.
