You will not be able to find a more knowledgable, professional, friendly and honest home inspector than Brad of Blueprint Home Inspection.He did a detailed three hour walk through of the home I had offered to purchase, during which he identified a number of significant invisible problems. He did so in part using sophisticated equipment: for example an infrared scanner that identified that much of the in-floor heating system wasn't operating.Thanks to his alertness and attention to detail, we were able to amend our purchase offer to include a number of repairs.After taking possession of my new home, Brad quickly scheduled another walk through to identify whether the deficiencies had been addressed, and to help explain the various systems (like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) He has a talent for explaining complex technical systems in easy to understand plain English.On top of all of that, Brad is clearly a good man of integrity, who I trust completely.I endorse Blueprint Home Inspection 110!!!

Brad does a great job. Came highly recommended by our realtor, and we were not disappointed.
