As a towing i really like this place.They have nice and friendly staff.Always place to bring cars to do mechanic job on it. Impressive how organized it is.This is also a really crowded place but they handle it very well.For the part of buying a car I don’t know but at first impression it looks good compared to other car sellers company !Topspeed-

Literally the worst service department ever.. The service people have no idea how to deal with clients and just want to get rid of you as quick as possible. The man I spoke with literally hung up on me and never called me back. I’ve already done 2 services here and I’ll never be back ever again.

The service department of this place is TERRIBLE. I had an electrical problem with my Journey and brought it in for a diagnostic. Turns out it would cost close to $700 to fix so my wife and I were trying to see what would be best. Charles Roy (the person that we were dealing with) was very impatient and pushy and told my wife that he told her to caller her three minutes ago and he had been waiting. I then spoke to him and he was very arrogant and disrespectful. We decided not to give any more money to this place so I went to pick up my car. As I was waiting for the bill to be printed, the attendant, Gilles went to pick it up from Charles and they started talking about me! Mocking me while I was in earshot! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Stay away from this dealership.

The WORST after sale service ive ever dealt with. Also bought a jeep 2018 in 2019 used 10000kms it started breaking down in 2020 and the help is awfull they really dont care.
