I am a very regular customer at the paradise location and today April 28,2022 was the worst experience I've encountered with Peter's Pizza. Ordered online and hit the CASH" option for payment. Why do they give an option when you only can take debit or visa unless you have the correct change??!! They took the order back which isn't allowed told me off and have now lost a very loyal and regular customer!!!! The staff is ruining this particular location because of their ignorance. Absolutely disgusted"

Ordered a chicken swarms for supper. When I got home and opened it. It had beef and chicken in it too much red onion and no lettuce. Last time I will go there.

Not sure what has happened at the paradise location, but my last two orders the pizza was not fully cooked, the dough was still raw and I had to finish cooking the pizza before we could eat it. Gone down hill for sure

Peters Pizza is always the greatest.I always ask the lady in Paradise for an old slice and every now and again, if there's 2 slices there that are old, she'll give me 2 of them for the price of one. Always friendly, love them !

Have been ordering from the Hamlyn Road location for over 15 years and it was always my go to pizza store. In the past year this location has gone so far down hill, the old staff left and the new staff that replaced them either don’t know what they’re doing or just don’t care, they regularly get impatient and upset with customers and I suspect several of them has either a pill problem or the worlds longest lasting cold. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this location until management addresses the issues.
