Transit Terminal

It's very disappointing that many people who cannot rely on personal transportation due to mental or medical disabilities or lack of a personal vehicle have to rely on this poor system. Buses arrive too early or too late at stops and there is no synchronization of schedules to allow people who need to transfer to reach their next bus, leaving people stuck and even stranded at the terminal and downtown Sudbury with fear due to the sketchy area. Buses can be disgusting, drivers can be nice but also distasteful and seating priorities are loosely followed. The recent changes to schedules and routes on top of constant fare increases and lack of care to buses makes this system ineffective and poses as an insult to those who require it.

I hope that the number of buses will increase and the staff on them are really good, but the number is small and the time is limited because of the number of buses. I hope that the service will develop

The worst bus service in the world after 10pm the main bus route comes every 30 minutes to travel 5.5 km takes 1 hourBuses are always late

I love the bus routes and some" of the drivers..some are nice and some aren't nice at all..very rude..Now "The Security" here..these Indians are very very very RUDE..three times now I've seen this one security guards kicking a person while they're falling asleep waiting for their bus..this same security guard kicked my bothers feet too..I'm sure if we kicked one of their people they wouldn't like it one bit..We Canadians don't go around kicking people of color feet..they have absolutely NO RIGHT touching ANYONE at all..that is abuse against security policy to be assaulting passengers waiting for their bus..who cares if they fall asleep..let them..they're waiting for their bus..this guard is so mean and aggressive..I'm going to take this to the main office of the company and complaining..I am speaking on behalf of my brother who was kicked too..NOT RIGHT AT ALL!!! This girl will not be working for long after I complain to main office..obviously the supervisor at the transit isn't doing anything.."

Bad place to breath no cleanliness.

I found that the bus station was great for public transportation . You can't blame a location for a service . If they put the effort into the community they would see a better standard. We're not all bums. Pat.

I can't believe the service here...... I lost my phone on the bus in hopes it would be returned. and in the middle of trying to get info on where the bus went after the depo cause supposedly it had to go to garage, No one or supervisor would assist me in contacting the bus drivers which I knew which one it was and the bus. All the security and desk ladys just joking with me saying they found it but they didnt. After spending money on repair, and this happens and all these service people do is look at me like a joke when I was clearly having a bad day. The bus station is a joke, half these people don't do there job properly. Honestly think they should find a new team to run that terminal. I cant respect people that make jokes off of other peoples stress and frustration.

Dont believe their bus hours always late.they are not working properly.. specially number 1 bus.all students are late coz of this!

So I asked the ladies at the counter a serious question What bus do I take to get to winners?" And one of the ladies jokingly says "Well that would be the winners bus !" I didn't even crack a smile I was actually upset because I knew this was a game to her .I missed my bus and lost my job because of this .Turns out while she was kidding around the second avenue bus was just about to leave."

I agree..the security guards that work at the bus terminal spend more time in their cell phones and chatting and smoking up a storm then they do patrolling it. I took pictures today. Also some guy was trying to sell a laptop from his backpack
