Useless organization. Carolyn is unprofessional and incompetent. This organization does not provide complaint escalation process and there is no management structure here. They demand your vaccine status just so they can do a zoom meeting. You do not need a vaccine to talk on the telephone nor would that be any of their business to ask. They expect everyone to know how to use a computer and set up a zoom call. Got news for you, older generation does not use computers, it is a disability. So they discriminate against people that cannot use a computer. I do not recommend anyone to use this business. They do not help only cause more issues.
