Pump My Tank

We have our septic tank pumped every few years and have been using the services of Pump My Tank for several years now. They do an excellent job, are competitively priced, and arrived on time. They provided me with information about my system and explained to my curious grandson what they were doing. They worked quickly without creating any mess on my lawn or driveway. They were very friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend Pump My Tank to anyone needing routine or emergency services of their septic system.

Yesterday we suspected that our septic tank was backing up and we called for service at Pump my Tank. Darren and Logan arrived early the next morning to empty our tank. We found them to be very knowledgeable, hardworking, and they answered all our questions. They had great attitudes and also provided us with some good recommendations to help with a functioning and good operating septic tank. We can not thank them enough.

My Septic tank started overflowing and after talking to Mark, he swung by for a quick visual. He gave me some options and was confident he could fix things up without replacing the complete field. Mark and Gerald showed up at 730, replaced the complete header system and jet cleaned my field bed lines in 3 hours.It was a pleasure to watch these professionals at work and with a great attitude also. Mark explained all the steps he was doing and letting me take pictures for history if I ever wanted to sell the house. I saved thousands of dollars and now have many problem free years left in my septic system!Thanks again to Mark and Gerald, i feel like i made some new friends!

I had a septic backup in my house, and they had a truck here to look at it within 2 hours- truly incredible. Gerald was professional, efficient, and very helpful. He solved the problem and helped with how to prevent further issues. Definitely will use them again!
